He ignores requests for customizations that need to happen for your particular type of business. My site had a virus for a month before he did anything about it and now my site is flagged in google searches as a result. He also charged me $150 to put up a "coming soon" page. The reason I had to put that page up there in the first place were his own delays in completing the website! Maybe if you're a bigger company with more money to give him, you will get some service? Totally non-communicative via phone and email as well. Days and weeks go by before he answers emails or calls. He offers no excuses, no apologies, nothing but silence.
