For more than six months I have been trying to get this business to help with a damaged item, they say they will have their service gal (now no longer employed there) and most recently a new guy (that has taken over their warranty and or service. It has been so long with zero help I assume when I finally show up in person YET again they will say out of warranty! I wish I had bought my house of furniture somewhere else that doesn't sale sale sale and no f/u after the sale! Poor business practice

In that first visit what really stood out was the pictures. They are a step above any one else's in the area. I fell in love with a particular one with oyster shells. The colors were amazing. Sadly I didn't buy it right than and there as I never saw another one like it on all my visits that followed. Now a month ago already in the new house we were shopping here and saw a dining room table we liked. Unfortunately the chairs that were displayed with it didn't really go. So we proceeded to look all over the store for possible choices. The two salespersons working there did little to nothing to assist us. In fact on that particular day there was not one other customer in the store. Needless to say we ended up leaving and eventually buying the perfect dining room set for us elsewhere. So why go back? Because we like their pictures and we aren't going to let two individuals stop us from shopping. On our return it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were having a 20% off sale on the pictures. We luckily spotted an octopus picture that would be perfect in our family room with an octopus bowl as well. Also in metal in a seafoam green color we got a school a fish. Lastly a sea turtle just love it don't know exactly where it will be hung yet a definite keeper. Guess what happened a whole store full of sales associates that actually helped us take the items down from where they were hanging, brought them to the register for us and even assisted us in getting them Into our car. Moral of this review if you see something you like in a store don't let someone else's poor attitude and performance not allow you to get what you want.

Luckily we have been able to buy the following items here for our home: three navy and white counter stools that swivel with backs, blue and white striped sofa, two end tables one ceramic that looks like a twisted rope, the other is white with wicker accents and a shelf and lastly our entranceway runner. Now if you really want an item you don't see in the store order online. Both have weekly sales on select items. Definitely show stopper pieces that will make your house a home. I happened upon a bag of lime tortillas chips, which turned out to go perfectly with my leftover guacamole from Cinco's Grill. I also found some precious 'Dog Mom' slippers for my daughter who lives in Beaufort. And topped it off with a nice bottle of wine to share with my Bluffton buddy, who graciously played my hostess during my stay. The store was organized well and clean. The staff were available, even though they were busy and friendly. I'm sure I'll be back during my next visit and will find other unique items that I'll love!

The recliner is not great. Within 2 days of the chair being delivered on 3-5-2026 the motor froze and the chair was unusable. The store picked the chair up on 3-12-2026 to repair it. Since then, now 30 days later, I have had to call the store weekly to try and find out when I will get the fully paid for chair back. The sales lady, Liz, tells me that it is not under her control and advised the in house repairman, Sam, has to update me. Sam never calls back so I keep calling the sales lady who can only tell me a motor was ordered. Just the other day I asked for a brand new chair to be delivered as I should not have to wait for a dud chair they sold me to be repaired. She would not commit to that and said Sam would call me. Well, Sam did not call me as usual. It is ridiculous that this store will not fulfill this order in a timely manner and does not communicate. They also do not refund or I would have requested a refund two weeks ago and gone elsewhere. Be sure you are aware this store will not refund purchases and be prepared for terrible service for problems after the sale. I can't recommend this store after this experience. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they are on vacation - very convenient. I called again today and still no call back. Buyer beware.

After eating at a card table for 4 months, we picked out a different set. I thought that they'd match the price of the original, but we had to pay the difference. It came and all was fine. The tabletop got ruined so we ordered a new one. They brought the wrong one! The next one they delivered had a defect, so they took it back and back to eating on the card table. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but was not because of 2 excuses. We waited for 4 hours. We were supposed to be the first delivery at 2:00, but it's now 5:15 and no delivery and another excuse and another day of waiting for 4 hours. No more Furniture Outlet for us!
