First time stopping by while on a road trip, and I decided to go inside to place my order. I got a couple of biscuits and some drinks - overall, it was just okay. The biscuits were a bit on the dry side & had no flavor. Pastry, very buttery almost soggy bottom. Stopped in today and it absolutely hit the spot. The biscuits are everything you want them to be--fresh, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The menu has that perfect comfort-food vibe, and everything came out hot and delicious. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions are no joke. They don't honor their sales promotions. They recently had a $5 dollar meal promotion that was advertised as being good through 2-28-26. I went there on the last day and after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes was told it had already expired. read more

Staff is rude. Continued selling fountain drinks when the fountain was out. Waited forever and she was rude when we ordered. Brought my food out, and was rude when I said it didn't have extra cheese. She wanted to argue with me over cheese. Another employee kept playing and checking on her phone. Worst experience ever. read more

Considering the line for the drive through, the wait wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, and once we received our food they were literally perfect. Fluffy bread, fresh bacon, and a good egg. Service at the window was met with a smile and a friendly demeanor as well. read more

Worst Tudors I've ever been to, minimal effort in everything. Biscuits and gravy wasn't shut and leaked everywhere, somehow managed to put a biscuit together sideways and was absolutely awful. read more

My wife and I both had the Mary B bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns. The extra large, buttery, flaky biscuit loaded with crisp bacon, fried egg, and cheese make for a delightful sandwich! Kudos! read more

This was my first time visiting a Biscuit World location, and the biscuits are good but not amazing. I ordered the Ron, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh cooked whole egg, rather than the egg patties used by some other restaurants. The biscuit was fluffy and buttery, but it also had that rubbery texture on the bottom of a biscuit that's been sitting under a warming lamp too long. My boyfriend got a breakfast wrap and was pretty disappointed - it had almost no flavor and the tortilla was especially bland and a little stale. Overall, a reasonable option for fast-food biscuit sandwiches, but you won't miss out if you don't try this one. read more

This has to be the most horrid customer service experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. The manager of this particular restaurant failed to charge us the stated price for our items. When we very nicely asked her to correct the cost, she yelled at us and told us to leave. I contacted the corporate office (who saw fit to promote this person to a managerial level) to issue a complaint and no one bothered to reach back out to me. So if you like being overcharged for a substandard product, and then yelled at for the privilege of overpaying, and then ignored when you take the matter to the corporate level, then by all means stop here. But if you want a decent meal at a fair price with a friendly staff, try anyplace other than Tudor's. If I can possibly prevent one person who may be traveling, looking at yelp for suggestions, and considers stopping here, from the same horrid experience that we suffered, this review is worth posting. When Tudors opened they were awesome but since opening back up since Covid they have went down hill fast. The food is cold, they keep getting the orders wrong, a family comes in together and their meal is brought out at different times, so the ones that got theirs first is finished before the other even gets theirs. Saw this happen to three families at one visit. They Don't come out and wipe the tables down between customers. Asked for country fried chicken and got country fried steak. The corn had so much pepper it was inedible. They can't keep good employees. read more

In the morning I love to go there and get a hot chocolate and a biscuits with jelly and bacon the biscuits are amazing and the bacon is ok.

I would appreciate it if the staff and management at the Elkview, Tutors would control their rowdy teenage patrons. I was in earlier today and a young man with his teenage girlfriend/wife and kid, apparently the son of one of the employees, was cursing, loud and obnoxious, his kid running around the place. The kid acting like a kid was not the issue. He directed his backwards uneducated nonsense towards me, stating he had been in Highland psychiatric hospital. I told him that explained it all, and if he wanted to cause a scene, I would just call the police. But after thinking about how ridiculous he was, along with his apparent mental issues, I decided to leave. As a paying customer, an Army veteran, I expect to be able to eat the meal in which I paid for in the restaurant. The staff watched, and did NOTHING about it. I will be pursuing this further, so it does not happen to me or anyone else again. Oh, and one last thing, the food is amazing, but someone needs to step up and act like a manager. read more
