Even though, I'm very satisfied with the quote, and that I was told that I would hear back from them in two weeks because of their busy schedule, I got skipped over and never heard back from the estimator. Good customer service starts with honoring your word; I'm left wondering if DENR BUSTERS is more interested in BIGGER QUOTES and BIGGER BUCKS than serving a $200.00 one. I got as far as getting the seat bottom out before I couldn't get any further and I went to do a search on the internet. Nick responded quickly, got the seat back out [rusted screw and washer, removed the two bolts that held the trunk lock in the rear panel with a 2 foot extension and got the trunk back open and remounted the tim panel. Not sure, but if the reception and lack of follow through in producing an estimate is any indication, I am a skeptic. To me there are better choices.
