The receptionist specifically told me on the phone that there'd be no consultation fee & after driving there a half hr she'd need $120 if I wanted to speak to the dr in person also on the phone the receptionist quoted me a special for a lower bleph at $6,000 for both eyes but in person she said it'd be $5,000 for each eye so $10,000 altogether. None of the dr's figures added up she'd constantly change them & if you want a Lipo 360 the dr will talk you into a tummy tuck referring her buddy bcuz the dr doesn't do tummy tucks. Also I've seen her before & after pics with other clients & I can't tell much of a difference. There's better & more professional dr's out there but she is not one of them & on top of that she'll also rip you off. Be aware the lady is a scammer!!! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received from Dr Rubanni. She is a master artist. She did my upper eyelids and they turned out beautifully! Dr Rubanni has such a calm, caring demeanor and she takes time with you and listens. I knew the minute I met her at my consultation that she was the Dr I was going to use for my surgery. I have been getting Botox and filler for years but never completely satisfied with the outcome. I have always went in with my own agenda and requesting what I thought I needed based on what friends my age were/are doing. She studied my face and talked me out of an expensive procedure explaining I did not need it! Let me start off by saying that I completed 3 surgeries at Tucson Cosmetics over the past two months and I waited until I was one month post (final) op and done with all of my post-op massages to write this review. From my initial consultation with Dr. Rubbani I was completely at ease. There's something really special about her and all of her staff. She has an artistic eye and really takes pride in what she does. My 1st procedure was high definition 360 vaser lipo to the abs/back and flanks. I was awake for the entire thing and completely comfortable. Weird, right? It did not hurt, I promise. The next surgery was 360 vaser lipo to the thighs with a fat transfer to the booty. I was nervous about the fat transfer (I'd heard that it can be uncomfortable) so I requested nitrous for that part. I felt no pain - matter of fact I felt like I was observing the procedure from outside of my body. It was amazing...point is, the doctor made sure that I was comfortable. The third surgery was FOUR DAYS after the second one! She did 360 high definition vaser lipo to my arms and chin. It didn't take very long at all and I couldn't believe how amazing my arms looked immediately afterwards. All areas were also treated with Renuvion for skin tightening and YES I could tell an immediate difference though final and full effects will gradually appear over the next 12 months! No way did I ever expect my arms to tighten up right away - there is no extra skin after all of that fat disappeared! I have a tattoo on my abs that also moved back up where it belongs. Dr. Rubbani actually did Renuvion on my breasts too and you can see an immediate difference in one of the pics I posted with this review if you look where my breast sits in relation to my tattoo. Cant wait to see how they look in 6 months-1 year! I cannot express to you all how much I love my body now. I am a triplet mama and even after losing the baby weight, I had some seriously stubborn areas that caused me to stay covered up. I had actually never worn shorts in public (I have always been self-conscious about my thighs) and I was always uncomfortable in tank tops or anything that exposed my upper arms. One month post-op I went to a pool party in a thong, I kid you not! I have so much confidence now. These surgeries have changed my life. I have nothing but positive feelings as I reflect upon my experience. I don't think anyone anywhere could have achieved these results-and believe me, I considered going to LA or Miami! I don't even know where to begin with my disgust with the entire Tucson Cosmetics office. After recently visiting Dr. Rubbani office for a consultation on a possible procedure I was asked to give and submit some samples to finish a consultation for a service. The labs charged me over $4k for analysis at no time was this discussed by the doctor or her assistants other than a $169 consultation fee. After being nice about the issue for over two weeks and receiving little to no feedback for help or even a phone call from the doctor. The tone was escalated and after numerous attempts for a solution again no response other than a cease and desist letter made out by the doctors office assistant. Unbelievable. This very unprofessional and ignorant office should be avoided at all costs. They even hand out bags to their patients with their business name spelled wrong. Such a classy organization. Also before receiving these outrageous bills from places they turfed me to she wanted to charge $5000+ for the procedure which was supposedly "discounted". After all this going down a seeked a second opinion from another office and the same procedure was priced under $1600, no bloodwork was necessary and they could see the problem from tools/devices in the office plus it was free of charge. As a fellow Arizona business owner I advise you to avoid this place at all costs! read more

Do not be mislead by the "One or Two PRP Plasma Face-Lifts at Dr. Sofia Rubbani" Groupon coupon being sold on September 2015. It is being advertised for $599.00 to include a facelift but when you call they tell you what they really mean is one bile, and that that bile ONLY covers one trouble area (what happened to the one facelift deal?) They also advertise as if they provided services in Phoenix, yet when you call they want you to drive to Tucson to get the procedure done because Dr. Rubbani only travels once a month to Phoenix, and of course they do not know when is the next time she will be in Phoenix, but they can put you on a call list and their office will let you know when is the next time the Doctor is coming to Phoenix. Don't do it! Better deals from other local (real local businesses) are available.
