They sectioned off the rest of the house, and performed the entire job in two days. They cleaned up pretty well too. They charged premium price for an claimed two-day project ($12K for 68 feet) but finished in less than a day. I thought they would make the price worth and could be trusted. On the day of the installation, the crew team they sent was nothing like the sales team. No person can speak English well enough to communicate. Due to the language barrier, what was delivered (the crew team) and what they promised (the salesman) were different. They promised to lift the vinyl floor so I can install them back but cut them and threw them away instead. They promised that I can put the cut metal studs back in place but threw them away instead. When I tried to communicate to the crew these discrepancies, all they can do is to shake their heads. When I asked about the metal studs to the office again, I was told no, I cannot put them back. Now I am left with a big mess. I don't think the service delivered is worth the premium price paid. I wish they had a person that can speak English on the day of the installation. The crew team apparently are not part of the family of the family-owned business. We have a radon system. The level of the vacuum of the radon system is less than before the installation. I tried to explain to the crew guy but did not successful. I think the sealing is not as good due to the French drain. Be aware. Also, the agent Candace who sold me the contract kept lying about having shown me pictures while she clearly did not at all. Then she said Dean (or Dane) must have shown you the pictures (we got a quote from them previously but did not move forward). She also lied that she did not know I have metal studs while I have explained to her (and to her crew team) that my glass fiber wall panels are attached to the metal studs with magnets (she even told me to remove the wall panels and trim from the metal studs a few days ahead of the installation day and now told me she did not know I have metal studs). When someone is lying in your face, that is a red flag that you should not ignore.

When someone did call me back, I was driving and set up a time for an appointment and asked that she call me or email the appointment date and time. Never happened. Called several more times and nothing. I wasn't even living in the property in question and it was sheer coincidence that when a guy showed up to give an estimate, I happened to be at the property. It was for a crack in a poured concrete foundation wall. The guys solution was to address the crack, but then also break the poured concrete pad and basically put in a drainage pit. If you're at all familiar with Radon remediation - WORST IDEA EVER. And, totally unnecessary if you fix the crack properly. And to boot, the price was outrageous. Given the effort of just getting them through the door and their "fix one problem, but worsen another" approach (the radon), we found someone else who fixed the crack without disturbing the floor and it was perfectly repaired with no leaks in the heavy rains since that would've normally caused the crack to pass water. About 2 weeks after their estimator was there, the owner (I imagine) of the company called and asked if they could set up an appointment to come out and give a quote. Seriously? I gave him an earful. Would never use them. My recommendation: find a mason like I did.

This car drove quite recklessly throughout Montgomery ave. They tailed me, cut off a car, and then proceeded to cut me off too. Montgomery is known to be a busy street with lots of road work in the morning, so you should plan ahead to leave earlier rather than put everyone on the road in danger because you're late or maybe just because you're impatient. I have no way of knowing if that person works for the business or just supports the business, but either way it should be known that it's not a great idea to promote a business on the same car that you use to aggressively cut people off.

I had several issues with this contractor. They are extremely sloppy they do not use drop cloths…read moreand i constantly had to clean up after them at night. After installing a new floor, they exposed it to the mud you use to tile a shower,as well as the Red Guard you use to waterproof the shower before tiling. I had to scrub the floor each night they left To get the mud residue and red guard drips up from the new uncovered floor. They also failed to protect a brand new acrylic tub while they were tiling and scratched in several places. I bought a repair kit at Lowe's and was able to buff them out at night after cleaning up the mess they made in the unprotected tub.They totally gutted my bathrooms and they do not own a Shop vac so they had to use our vacuum cleaner. They cleaned the cement out of a bucket and dumped the cement right in our garage which of course I had to clean up. They also started work prior to having a dumpster delivered so our garage was filled with junk for a week and a toilet fell over and smashed into pieces. They also cut tile with a wet saw in my garage instead of out in the grass away from the house. I had to power wash the entire garage and driveway to get up all the caked on dried up tile dust. Again because they don't drop cloth anything, they dripped tile residue all over our laminate floors and steps,as they carried the fresh cut dripping wet tile throughout the house. The contractor also has unusual hours, usually they averaged 4 hours a day 10-2 which drags the job out longer while your house is ripped apart. His proposal did say 5 weeks but I assumed that was 8 hours a day but I was wrong. He is a very good plumber and he did a nice job installing our floors in the bathrooms. The tile lines in one bathroom were good but the tile job in the last shower he did was terrible,he even installed a tile that was chipped and tried to cover it with grout.I am also hiring another contractor to come in and regrout the shower because it is terrible. My biggest complaint is the lack of respect they showed to our house with their sloppy work. I would not recommend them if you value clean, timely work, you will spend a lot of time cleaning up after them.
