He only had 2 days to cut and install. Best Christmas gift, I was able to cook a real Christmas meal for my family. horribel experience. their service is terrible. different departments do not communicate it…read moreseems. i was getting countertops done. one day they came to remove the old counter top, disconnect water etc from dishwasher. next day somone was to come and reconnect. whoever came, did not reconnect properly with dishwasher. called store several times. no response. so i am not then able to use dishwasher. finally got someone to come in. a few days leter, when the different team came to put counter top, there were problems...like the ends of the backsplash not straight etcetera. this team also came much much later. they outsource their work and almost always the people coming to do the work are east europeans...horribly rude etc... you keep leaving messages but they don't get back. WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM, PAID CLOSE TO 8K TO GET THIS DONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE LEFT HANGING ON YOUR OWN. ONE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THE GENERAL MANAGER REMAINS UNAWARE. IN THE KING OF PRUSSIA AREA, MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID THE SAME THING---HORRIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSIVENESS. when you are working full time, you do not have the time to chase them. but that is what they end up doing as they do not respond to messages. they do not care about their customers once they get their advance money. see others saying the same thing.

No one called me back or communicated with follow up once this was provided. I made a trip to the shop a couple weeks later and met with a young woman who could not have cared less about what we wanted. Still, we picked up some samples and thought maybe we'd move forward. Another visit yielded questions about backsplash and tile (they don't do it), and installation and removal of existing material, which she couldn't answer. I left, thinking she'd get back to me with answers. After two weeks I called someone else (who did an excellent job). It appears to me that the focus is on supplying materials to commercial installers and not dealing with average homeowners.

We had a bad experience with Fleming in that they did not secure the dishwasher as part of their…read moreinstallation. They told us it was our fault because our floor was uneven. They never advised us that this was an issue until they sent a shop worker out with a brace he had never seen or used before. He said there was no way he could see to install the brace. We also had a shelf on an opening that served as a pass through from the kitchen to the dining room. The original shelf had a curved front. The shelf they provided had a square front and now we can't open the adjoining antique china cabinet door for fear of breaking the glass. Had they matched the original shelf design, this would not be a problem. Fleming came highly recommended, but we are disappointed in their design, installation efforts and customer service

After the installation we noticed that they put a seam in front and back of the sink. I didn't want it like that but it seemed like I was inconveniencing them and they said they would see if it could be done. No it was seamed. See pics. But we had some questions about how jagged the seam was and you could feel it more in the front than the rear...see pics.... We sent an email and Kelly said the people in the office did see a problem but the owner would look at it. I'm still waiting on a return call months later. I had a master plumber come in and showed pics of the seam to local kitchen shops. They had the same answer.. it was fair but the blade was probably dull or if they used a water jet the tips could have been worn and should have been replaced before cutting. The granite looks good but inside the sink area is not as shiney as the outside edge. I didn't call screaming at them I just will move on and my bathroom tops will be done somewhere else. I also noticed that they must have used a razor knife to open the stainless steel sink because I have 2 scratches in front and back where the 2 sinks meet in the middle. I didn't complain because I was going to talk to the owner about it. I would recommend looking at my photos and see if you can live it. I do not recommend this place.

We hired E&E to rebuild a back porch , with a outside cellar door and a second story balcony. The…read morework they did was horrible and is causing problems that will lead to more work. the took advantage of the good nature of my father. I boards they installed to not lock together. So all the water runs threw the balcony down to the lower leave and then down into my basement, threw the cellar door. They did not offer us and option to close it the gaps. And now they want more money ---a lot more--to make repairs. And to top if off, they left wood and nails under the porch they did not think we would find. Yet they had a dumpster at my home for a week. Please do not use this company. They will mess things up and just ask for a 5 star review.

We hired E&E for our exterior renovation project. This was by far our largest project we have ever…read moredone. The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof. Johnny, Merv and Sammy replaced our windows, siding and front door. And last but certainly not least - Jordan and his team did the masonry work. There were a number of decisions/changes that needed to be made on the fly and never once did I feel like it was an issue. Alan was always reachable via phone, text and email. Johnny was onsite for the majority of the renovation - so I could always approach him as well with any questions or concerns. I'm very particular about how I want certain things and I can attest that the craftmanship is top notch. The crew is very personable, they show up on time and they keep their work site clean. We have a couple of interior projects that we are thinking about doing in the future and we won't hesitate to reach out to E&E! Thanks again guys for everything!
