Got a call Friday 6/20 that the vehicle was ready for pickup and the only thing that was wrong was a signal light. I went in, paid and got my keys AFTER I asked for them. I was finally able to get a ride to pick the vehicle up Monday 6/23 and I noticed the rejection sticker. It was clear the vehicle had not been moved from the spot I parked it, i.e. taken into the shop. I told the my friend who gave me the ride that 99 didn't do anything I asked. She said, "they did the same thing to me! I went in for an inspection and an oil change. They put an inspection sticker on it and said I didn't need an oil change." I called this morning. Tuesday 6/24 and asked for Sherry (the owner). The clerk said "I don't think she's around here" and hung up. I called back to get his name which is Dustin. I was involved in a fender-bender and my car needed a new bumper, headlight, parking sensor, grill (3 pieces), and more. From the impact my side fender had also bent out a little bit. I went to Roger's body shop and asked for an estimate. Although the estimate was very similar to the dealer price, I chose to go through the more difficult route to save a couple bucks. The reason Roger's body shop is so unique is because they let you buy your own parts and they'll put them on and paint them for you! I booked an appointment, took the car and parts to Wes, and we opened the box and checked off everything. While I was talking with him, I told him about my dashcam wires and how they were in the way and annoying me. Within 3 days my car was ready for pick up and when I went to pick it up it was in immaculate condition. He had washed it for me, fixed the fender, and parked it in a safe location. What I appreciated the most was that he took it upon himself to tuck in the wires without me asking him! Their body work was precise, clean, and the paint was nice & smooth. Definitely recommend taking your car there for a cheap, fast, and diligent service.
