They said the tech could tell me what needed to be done and the cost when he arrived. When he arrived, he didn't even look at anything or hardly want to hear anything I had to say about what was going on. He basically just walked up and said here are your 3 options, they cost $270, $500 or $520. I said which one do I need. He said I don't really know, you choose and we will see if that's what the problem is.... REALLY!? So if I choose wrong, then we will have to do another thing and if that doesn't work we will have needed I'll spending well over $1000. H said yeah it's kind of a catch 22. I expected them to arrive and use some expertise, perhaps diagnostic tools and TELL ME what needed to be done to fix the job.
