Courtney had already seen the scheduled appointment for the next day and moved it to an earlier time slot. Connor arrived the next day even earlier than the scheduled time. We were impressed and pleased with the service we received from Connor. He is an exceptionally professional young man and very well educated in the HVAC industry. So new to the area I googled around and found yelp again ! I also educated myself , and did some trouble shooting on the unit . My first choice was Yuri and he was quick to answer the phone. I gave him some detail on the situation and he was available sooner than later. He arrived at the given time and also texted that he was on his way. He diagnosed the unit and it all made sense to me. The cost was fair and he did a great job ! The unit is working at optimum  and I will use him in the future for maintenance. He said the unit should work for 14 years with good maintenance and my attention to change the filters.
