I was in need of one and have been looking for a spot near my work. I booked The Now online for a 50 min massage with an added $20 deep tissue option. Booking was easy and I did like that you can pay in advance online. You can select if you prefer a male or female masseuse and which type of massage you want and the duration. Upon arriving I was given some cucumber water while waiting. My masseuse met with me before to talk about where to focus and preference. I told him I wanted it hard and to focus only on upper back, neck and shoulders. My massage started off pretty soft and I had to ask him twice to go harder. He also didn't really get in there and it definitely was not deep tissue. It was relaxing but my home massager probably does a better job honestly. I've also had much better massages for half the price elsewhere. The massage "rooms" are divided up by fabric. They're still pretty private but you need to stay quiet with your masseuse. The staff is really nice and my masseuse was nice as well. I just wish he hit the spots I needed. After the massage I was given more water and checking out was easy since I had already paid. I just tipped. Parking can be found in the lot. It's 2 hours complementary. The Now is located on the first floor in 2nd & PCH and is directly across from Boba Guys.

I let them know and they said it was an issue with the entire LBX property. I didn't use the shower. Hopefully will be fixed soon. The price was good comparatively speaking.
