Hi, I wanted to share my concerns about the gel manicure I received. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work. The gel polish was applied too thickly, the surface is uneven and not smooth, and the polish went onto my skin around several nails. It doesn't look like a professional gel manicure. What made me even more uncomfortable was that after I had already tipped the technician, the owner asked me to confirm the amount of the tip. I found that awkward, especially since I wasn't satisfied with the service. I was hoping for a clean, smooth manicure, but this was not the quality I expected. This nail salon is very accommodating and can usually make you an appointment at any time you request. Julie is wonderful but all the technicians are extremely well qualified. The only thing that bugs me there is the plexiglass that is up between the technician and the customer is always dirty. If someone would just take some Windex and paper towels and clean it, I would be very happy person. I have been going to the salon for nearly 2 years and have always been very pleased with my powder, dip, nails and pedicures. read more

TTC Nails has been my go-to nail salon for years. The team is so warm and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Everything is clean, professional, and organized, and the nail technicians are incredibly skilled. I live for the massage chairs while I'm getting a pedicure, and I always leave happy with my nails. Won't go there again. Tried to charge me more than the published price on their web site. The mani-pedi was ok. Nothing special, but not terrible. Every shop is different but not addressing cuticles seems like laziness. read more

Had a great experience with Julie this morning. I desperately needed my nails done while visiting family for thanksgiving. All my go-to places are closed on Sunday, so I gave TTC a try. Super easy appointment booking process straight from their website. I booked my appointment at 8am for a same day appointment at 11a. I arrived early and they invited me in to get started. Once you are in, you put your phone number into the kiosk and they will then escort you to your chair. No wait, and Julie was so friendly, and did a fantastic job on my nail. I will make sure to make an appointment next time I am in Marlborough with Julie! Thanks for a great visit! read more

Quality of work today was far from excellent. I left with polish all over my fingers and a smudged toe. Had my pedicure first and then manicure. Toes should have been dry by the time I left, first time ever, every other place I have been with regular polish they are dry and they weren't after almost two hours. My first visit was great no issues, this time felt like a nuisance. Will say their waxing is perfect. read more

Also I have found the best person there to do my nails. Roni he's does my nails perfect ! He also is a great guy. I've been going here for a few months because it's so close to where I live. I've had some okay appointments, but I had an awful experience today. As pointed out by other reviews, they have no respect for appointments, so don't bother making one. I had one and then still had to wait 40 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I got a technician who was very sweet but clearly very stressed out. He really rushed my gel manicure and now it's splitting and peeling. It's gel and it didn't even last 12 hours. Spend your money elsewhere. I will be. read more

Been coming here for years! Even when I didn't have an appointment, the manager/owner, Anthony, was helpful fitting me in. Hannah and Roni are amazing technicians. Most places I would have to come back 2 weeks after a dip manicure, but mine last sometimes over a month before chipping. This keeps me coming back :) Wonderful place, highly recommend! read more

I went to get a manicure done. The lady who helped was working mad, at first I showed her a photo of how I wanted my nails done, but she did completely different I asked her if she could do fix it when she put the nail polish and she started screaming at me, and told me she was going to call the police for me if I didn't let her finish.. The manager came up but didn't see to care at the way she was treating me. I will Never go back there! I would give a negative rating if I could. I went today excited to treat myself to a mani pedi. I had pre booked my appointment. I showed up early and had to wait 30-40 min past my scheduled appointment. The lady who went to do my pedicure was insanely rude. Like unbelievable. She tried to rip my gel polish off with cuticle trimmers. She stabbed me with them. She insulted me the entire time she was working on me (ugly, dirty, stupid, etc) and she wasn't talking about my feet. I am ticklish and when I flinched a tiny bit in the chair, she hit me. I will never ever go back. I am appalled. I hope they fire her. I left without paying and went to expo nails who hid an incredible job and were so kind. I had gone in recently and just for a pedicure. Nothing else. I got the most expensive one. $78. For hot stones, mask, massage etc. the lady I had did not take her time. She rushed and hurt me so bad. She was filing my skin not my nails and just not being cautious or careful and very rude too. After I told her multiple times that it was hurting me and still wasn't being careful. I didn't realize I was bleeding until after I left or I wouldn't have paid. Also didn't take the paint off my skin. This was the most unpleasant and painful experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Very unprofessional. read more

Person that did my toes got my pants wet and the scratchy scrubbing lotion they put on your legs made my legs red.

I walked out with cuts all over my fingers for the second time in a row after getting Dip nails. I asked the manicurist to stop and be careful after the first couple fingers were cut. She continued to slip off my nails while filing and I am leaving with slices in my fingers. DO NOT go here. I never will again. read more

If you are looking for a subpar experience this is the place for you. The facilities are clean and nice. They have zero respect for appointments and will take walk ins all day even when there is no one to help them. You will expect if you have an appointment to be seen about 30 minutes after. If you don't care about your time this place is for you. They are slow. They will get up from you while working on your nails to help other clients. They will leave you with solution eating away at your nails for 20+ minutes and not even care it's destroying your nails. This is not a one time review , I'm dumb and have been coming here for over a year and every time even more irritated. I did this because it was convenient but lesson learned. This place is the worst, customers are last, profits first. read more

I don't even know where to begin and I truthfully don't want to waste any of my time on this review. I feel like I've wasted enough of my time at TTC in the past. Myself and my three grown daughters have been going to TTC for a few years now. I don't really know why we keep coming back, other than it's close by and they have convenient hours. The customer service is terrible. Rude attitudes from all employees. Once in a while some of the women can be pleasant. However, the pleasant attitude and demeanor is never consistent. The owner is extremely nice. The big problem is the quality of service. It's all over the place. Generally one out of three visits the work will be ok. Not great, just ok. My latest and final visit was terrible to say the least. My adult daughter and I went in to get our gel polish removed and get a no polish manicure. We had been in there 9 days before getting gel manicures. First off they would not accept the fact that we were not going to get a full manicure again. They hounded and harassed us for over an hour. We explained that my daughter was having major surgery in a couple of days and the hospital rules are no nail polish at all. I believe they monitor your oxygen levels and condition by looking at your nails. TTC could not understand that after telling them more than 20 times. The did an awful job (because they were mad at us). I had to go home and cut all my nails and file them down super short because they basically left every finger with a snagged nail. My daughter and I were in shock. I kept pointing to the snags and they grabbed my hand and said I was "crazy". To top it all off they then charged us $25 each to remove gel polish and ruin our nails. We would never not leave a tip....but we left $5 for each manicurist and promised ourselves we would never come back. I feel bad leaving negative reviews during the pandemic, however, we are done giving them chances and I don't want anyone else to waste their money. read more

This salon is modern and very visually appealing. The staff was friendly upon arrival, though seemed to have no idea about my appointment despite booking in advance. My nails came out pretty good, I would have preferred them a bit longer but I understand that is hard sometimes. The color was also a bit lighter than I expected. My main concern was that when I walked in, I was sat in omen chair and then moved to another. There was a different client receiving a nail treatment in the chair right before me, and the nail technician did not clean a single thing. He did not even switch out the towel that my nails rest on. This was really unappealing to me and made me concerned for what other hygiene concerns could be hiding under the prettiness of the facility. read more

I don't get to treat myself often, but I really enjoy their pedicures. They offer a wide range of service so you can have a super simple and quick pedi or treat yourself to their special services. I am currently 6 months pregnant and cannot have deep tissue massage on my feet and calves. They offer hot stone massage with a few of their pedis which are safe for me to have and a really nice treat for me now. The person who helped me today was Justin and he was kind and gentle. He made good conversation but let me have my quiet time too. I tend to get the higher end pedicures and they last about an hour and it is worth every penny. I will be sure to keep going during my pregnancy and after the baby comes because I always have a really nice time here. read more

If I could put zero I would because the lady told me no when I told her she messed up and The length is just terrible the colors are ugly they're shaped weird and differently all of the nails are not The same length a different lady tried to fix them but even she couldn't help. read more
