I want to try to find a place I love on this side of town. I'm looking for consistency, friendliness, and quality. Considering this is my first visit here, I will update on consistency after a few visits. I called ahead asking for an appointment for a fill and gel polish. I was put with Tiffany. They got me in pretty much on time. (I noticed while getting my service, they seem to get a lot of walk in business.) I told her I like short, coffin shaped nails, and the last person I went to tried, but they weren't quite uniform. As usual, she mentioned short coffin nails don't look the same as long. I showed her a few pics of short ones and explained I realize they're a different look than long ones and am okay with the look. They had so many colors to choose! Turns out they also have the gel dip too. I love my nails, and will definitely be back! Side note: I try not to bring my kids (3 and 6) to my appointments, but I'm a mom, and it doesn't always work out as planned. This visit I had both kids, (3 yr old needed my attention a bit more than favorable) and they didn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable for bringing them with me. read more

TT Nails is the best shop I've ever been to in Temecula! Vuong and his sweet wife do an impeccable job everytime. My gel manicures are never to thick, they never have bubbles on the surface and my nails are always shaped so feminine. Some manicurists give you these thick wide nails and unless that's just your thing I personally think it looks horrible. I love how clean and peaceful their salon is but most of all I love how spacious it is. You don't feel like your sitting on top of the person next to you. It is extremely sanitary and they have every color you could imagine. I really hope they are there for a very long time because they have a loyal client for as long as they're here. Prices are reasonable, cash only nail shop. That's the good news. I have been getting my nail done in this area since 2004. That being said .. the "customer service" at the TT Nail Salon is lacking in a large and noticeable way. With little or no interaction between staff and their patrons. I can live with that actually...but the negativity of the lady, with glasses and sleeveless red top was palpable. In fact I was treated as if I were bothering her and every movement or gesture was an irritation. Unfortunately she also did my pedicure...so again...the negativity. Awful and upsetting. I had my special needs daughter w/ Down syndrome with me perhaps that had something to do with it, or me...we don't have to be best buddies but you must be civil and polite to a customer and this woman was neither civil nor polite to us. I really do not know the reason for her hostility towards me and my daughter. But I will not enter this establishment again. I was in town for a conference and found this place via yelp. I'm so glad I did! It was the best gel manicure I've ever gotten! The pedi was nice too. Gel lasted well over 3 weeks and only came off because I wanted a change. Unheard of from my usual spots. The place was clean, prices fair and very friendly. They also took their time which was nice to not feel rushed. They do a good massage included with the service. This is my first pedicure I've had in the Temecula area and I was hoping this would be my new go-to nail salon because it is so close to my home. I called in the morning to ask for an opening and they scheduled me for a couple hours later. They also let me know it was cash only. I showed up on time and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I saw the color display so I picked one out just incase which is super not convenient because there were several other people picking colors too so you feel kinda rushed and you can't compare colors close up. Then you have to remember the set and number. When I was given a seat they told me it would be another 10 minutes. They didn't fill the tub so I could soak my feet. Weird! But they did turn the massage feature on the chair. The male nail tech fills the tub and makes sure the temp was good. He asks if I picked a color and I told him the number. He sets the color down and gets started. I was never asked to pick any sort of level pedicure. I'm thinking maybe there isn't anything but basic?? I have not seen any pricing sheet or anything. Nothing is displayed. I noticed the tech next to me is giving her client this amazing massage so I'm starting to look forward to it. My nail tech starts the foot scrub and I'm noticing that he is only scrubbing two spots and just keeps going back and forth.... Because he is talking and paying no attention to what he is doing. Then he starts the massage... and shortly finishes... and the lady next to me is still getting her amazing massage. When he finished I noticed the color looks absolutely nothing like what I had picked. He says "okay, you're done!" I walked out before 3 other clients that got sat 10-15 mins before me. I was charged $38. No clue what I paid for... basic?? My husband had watched the kiddos so I could treat myself and I was willing to pay for the best pedicure. I'm kinda disappointed. Probably won't be back unless I can book with someone else. read more

Many places accidentally cut my fingers but she's very careful and takes her time to make them perfect. She is very friendly and welcoming every time I come in! Walked in on a rainy Saturday as soon as they opened. They took my daughters and I right away. It took about 1 hr to complete the mani pedi on 3 of us. The place is very clean.. the floors were so shiny I felt guilty to walk in after being in the rain. With that said.. be careful because those floors are so squeaky clean that you can slip. The do have signs to be careful and watch your step as well as a long carpet to make sure your shoes are nice and dry. The chairs for the pedicure have fantastic message options. So I've been getting dip nails over my real nails for over 2 years already and I know that you have to add layers so your nail doesn't break easily but usually they will get file down so it looks seamless. But my nails look so chunky and fat after I asked the lady if she could file down to make them look more natural, but she kept filing down my skin so I no longer asked. That's another thing I'm tired of getting cut from salons and have that being a normal thing. Or seeing actual blood and them not acknowledging it. Discount she be given because that is not normal. And I've seen her reuse the drill bid on someone else and file after my blood was on both tools. It's just not sanitary.. I spent $40 on my nails and they're all uneven and just look rushed.
