As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. I purchased a package from Woodhouse last summer and the front desk staff reiterated SEVERAL times that the package was for 18 months. I am positive I inquired about the expiration multiple times. When I tried to use it recently, I discovered that they expired within 12 months leaving me with several hundred dollars worth of expiring services. It is also impossible to get anyone there to answer the phone. I called 6 times in the last two days to reschedule my appointment and no one answered the phone until my actual appointment time. I still called one last time as a courtesy and what do you know, someone finally answered. I was then told in a rather snooty tone "We've been up front with the phones all day so we would have known if you called." Perhaps they should actually answer the phone if they are up front watching them ring.... I have had a mixed bag of technicians here. Mostly positive experiences, but their staff turns over very frequently and I've also had pretty sub par massages. I hope they turn it around because the facility is beautiful and there really isn't another nice spa on this side of town.

I was housesitting in the area and not near my regular salon, but found this spot on maps. Called…read morejust an hour before closing on a Sunday and the sweet lady that answered was kind enough to get me in for a gel manicure if I came in 45 minutes before closing. I was so appreciative of her flexibility. She greeted me with a smile and was so nice the entire appointment. She never rushed or seemed irritated that it was so close to closing time. She told me about what trends she's seeing in nails right now and what the young girls are requesting. She seemed spot on with what I've been seeing online, so if you want someone up to date on the latest nail trends, she's your girl. I wish I had gotten her name, but I suspect she's one of the owners since she was the last one there at closing. She did a good job on my nails and they ended up lasting three weeks, which is typically the longest I can go without getting back into a salon. I have very fine hair as well as have used boxed dye in the past so my hair was dry/damaged as well as had a reddish tint to it that I hated.
