I brought my reel into Brian's and was assisted by Glenn (awesome guy) he took the time to look into the problem and being the pro that he is, he figured it out in 10 minutes when I couldn't figure it out for days! Glenn then proceeded to explain to me where I went wrong and how to avoid it from happening again haha. Definitely had a good laugh.
