I made a tee time at Mililani using the same bookmarked website used to make several tee times in…read morethe past. When I get there on that day, they say I don't have a time. I have four other people with me as I stated on a phone call to Mililani seconds after I booked the time online. Clearly, they didn't bother to note that it would be a group of five, because if they did, they would have noticed the time was not recorded into their system. I ALWAYS show courtesy by calling if groups exceed four people. They ask if I booked it online and they said there are two sites to book times and I must have used the wrong site. I tell them I used the same site used in the past and if it doesn't work, why not get rid of the wrong site. They say they can't until next year. I leave and I look at their main web site and it says there is a fraudulent site taking tee times. I go back to tell the lady that your website says that there is a fraudulent site taking tee times. She states I don't want to talk to you in a loud obnoxious tone. All I wanted to ask was that if it's a fraudulent site, why not get rid of it now, and if they had a dispute with that vendor and if they still have a contract with them. Why would a company have to wait months to get rid of a fraudulent web site? The same exact same website used in the past is suddenly fraudulent? The times made in the past were recorded in their system. The same website that I got to via their main web page. The same home page that now says the site is fraudulent. A fraudulent site they can't get rid of until Feb 2027. It looks like they were a disgruntled with the operator of the "fraudulent" site and had a contract with them until Feb 2027, but no longer want to use that vendor. Whatever it is, something is not kosher and they are not being transparent about it. They also need to train people to be able to handle a little questioning without being totally rude and actually answering a simple legitimate question, and to follow through on noting if a group exceeds four people. I showed some courtesy, they should show some too. And they did, they let us golf. The starters and cart staff were excellent as usual, and the restaurant staff was totally awesome. Funny and friendly.
