I was leaving for Italy, and didn't know what to do, so the center got me in, did an exam, and said I needed to get it removed by a laser procedure. Hill Country got an appointment for me in San Antonio and the doctor removed the film and voila' my eye is as clear as it was when I had the cataract surgery 15 years ago! Dr. Iskander peformed the laser procedure and he was wonderful! I would recommend both Hill County Vision Center in Bulverde and San Antonio Eye Specialists! I'm not sure if I can give a negative or zero stars for this place…read more I went in December of 2019 to get my exam. I have a very weird prescription so I was told 4-6 weeks to get my contacts. A month later I hadn't heard anything so I stopped by since I was in the area. I asked the status of my contacts. The young lady went to the back and couldn't find any contacts. I assume they never got ordered. I was told 4-6 weeks. A month after my previous visit I stop by again. The young lady looks in the back again. She finds one set of contacts ( I have two different prescriptions, one for each eye). She can't find the other set of contacts and says it'll be 4-6 weeks. A month after my previous visit I stop by again. The young lady goes to the back and can't find any contacts. She says it'll be 4-6 weeks. The whole shelter in home thing happens and I'm still without contacts. I call and I'm told to check in at the end of the month. It is over 4 months (not weeks) by now and still no contacts. I ask if I can get a copy of my prescription so I can try somewhere else to see if I can get some contacts. They say they will send my prescription. A week goes by and I haven't got my prescription. I call again and am told they will email the manager. So I'm not sure if it'll be a few more months before I can even get my prescription. I'm not sure how long the prescription is good for so hopefully whoever I can get if I even get my prescription will honor the prescription. I will keep contacting them to see if I ever get a copy of the prescription I have already paid for. I would definitely not recommend this place. There used to be an older gentleman optometrist and an older lady attendant. I wish they were still there.

Received my first pair, felt like my eyes were going cross-eyed because there was something very wrong with the prescription. They checked the glasses with the machine, and told me it "appeared" to be just fine. I kept telling them I am seeing double! I got a notice after I'd paid that they didn't have a certain flower, but they could make some subs. Okay, fine. Got an email the following day saying the flowers had been delivered. I didn't hear anything from the person I sent them to. I asked her if she had received anything...nope. I reached out to the company and asked what was going on. She said "oh we were closed for a big event, so we didn't deliver it". She informed me that was her automatic from the shop email that goes out. So, in my head I'm like so...you could just not do anything and emails would go out that it was done...got it. The exchange was quite short, she seemed annoyed and said she would get it out Monday before 4 PM. I will attach a pic of what I paid for versus what my client received. To me, it was super cheap flowers subbed for fancy stuff.

I informed her that I was having problems with the service from Tuff Shed online and that I needed some help. She sat us down and asked about the problem and I explained it. She called Tuff Shed customer service from Home Depot and explain the problem we were having. The Tuff Shed representative told her that she would help.
