I was leaving for Italy, and didn't know what to do, so the center got me in, did an exam, and said I needed to get it removed by a laser procedure. Hill Country got an appointment for me in San Antonio and the doctor removed the film and voila' my eye is as clear as it was when I had the cataract surgery 15 years ago! Dr. Iskander peformed the laser procedure and he was wonderful! I would recommend both Hill County Vision Center in Bulverde and San Antonio Eye Specialists! Both did a great job and I went on vacation with clear eyesight to see the country of Italy. I was so lucky!!

A month later I hadn't heard anything so I stopped by since I was in the area. I asked the status of my contacts. The young lady went to the back and couldn't find any contacts. I assume they never got ordered. I was told 4-6 weeks. A month after my previous visit I stop by again. The young lady looks in the back again. She finds one set of contacts ( I have two different prescriptions, one for each eye). She can't find the other set of contacts and says it'll be 4-6 weeks. A month after my previous visit I stop by again. The young lady goes to the back and can't find any contacts. She says it'll be 4-6 weeks. The whole shelter in home thing happens and I'm still without contacts. I call and I'm told to check in at the end of the month. It is over 4 months (not weeks) by now and still no contacts. I ask if I can get a copy of my prescription so I can try somewhere else to see if I can get some contacts. They say they will send my prescription. A week goes by and I haven't got my prescription. I call again and am told they will email the manager. So I'm not sure if it'll be a few more months before I can even get my prescription. I'm not sure how long the prescription is good for so hopefully whoever I can get if I even get my prescription will honor the prescription. I will keep contacting them to see if I ever get a copy of the prescription I have already paid for. I would definitely not recommend this place. There used to be an older gentleman optometrist and an older lady attendant. I wish they were still there.

They checked the glasses with the machine, and told me it "appeared" to be just fine. I kept telling them I am seeing double! They finally took them back and had them sent back - to realize that there really WAS something very wrong in the production of the glasses. Waited so long, many mistakes made, and of course me... I am so patient and understanding. My advice - please get your business in order.

She said "oh we were closed for a big event, so we didn't deliver it". She informed me that was her automatic from the shop email that goes out. So, in my head I'm like so...you could just not do anything and emails would go out that it was done...got it. I've been here several times and usually get green or white gummy. I always check if there is a QR code on the side to determine that it's not a fake. I decided to try an escobar kilo, I told the employee that it didn't have a QR code on the box, he then assured me it wasn't a fake. I pay his personal cashapp account because the computer system was down. This had been going on for around 25 minutes, and when another customer walks in the computer magically started working again. Anyway, I proceed to pay and try the vape in the store, the vape seemed questionable as far as the output, and the flavor seemed lacking, but I figured maybe it's just a bad flavor. I walk out the store to my car and immediately feel sick, I go right back in the store without skipping a beat and tell the gentleman that the ecig is making me feel sick and doesn't taste right. Then he just tells me it's too late you walked out. So anyway, you might want to avoid this place. I thought they were a good business, but after today I see several shady practices.
