The worth experience of my life! Shocking as you have excellent review! My feelings are that you must be going through some personal issue and I just happened to be the one that took your anger like a champ and became your Target. I am posting this as a public safety issue. It's 4:30 AM and I haven't been able to sleep. I'm in severe pain. After leaving your salon yesterday, I had to stop by Target to buy a whole arsenal of over-the-counter products just to get through the night. This is the message I sent you, Thao Vu ("T"), hoping you might understand the extent of my hurt and disappointment, I also hope no other person will be tortured at this level ever again! I genuinely don't know what I did to deserve the kind of treatment I received from you. I've treated you with kindness and respect--and I even left you an excellent tip the last week I was there. Yet, you never once provided a proper massage or used any cream or product, which is a basic component of any pedicure service. You personally invited me to come back, saying you'd finish the job since last week's session had been rushed and poorly done. I didn't complain then because it was late and we were all tired. But this time, not only did you rush again, you completely dismissed me and mistreated my feet. You told me to call you this week before your trip to Las Vegas--but what happened was nothing short of careless and hurtful. You clearly did not apply professional etiquette standards in customer service and health/hygiene. What should have been a relaxing, restorative experience turned into trauma. I am not a Buddhist but I am very familiar with Kuan Yin teachings of love and compassion, I still wish you light and peace in your journey. Om Mani Padme Hum. May Divine Light continue to shine in your life. But I must speak my truth: In my 54 years, I have never been treated with such disregard and coldness. I am a healthcare provider who has worked hard for 38 years. I came to this country as a simple girl and, through discipline and compassion, built a dignified life. Not once have I treated anyone with the detachment and lack of care that you showed me. I wasn't asking for free work--I paid for a service. And beyond that, I believed we were developing a friendship. But this is not how you treat a friend, and it is certainly not how you treat a paying client. Yes, I have mycosis on my feet. I worked on my feet all those years with closed toe shoes! But I've been getting pedicures for decades, and what you did was not just negligent--it was damaging. You hurt me. Every one of my ten toes was bleeding. That wasn't a pedicure--it was trauma. I will be the bigger person. I'll take care of my feet and do everything I can to prevent a serious health issue like infection. But I will not stay silent. I'm hurt, angry, and deeply disappointed. I tried out almost every salon in town when I moved to GV, my nails would NEVER hold up like the place I went to before I moved here. Until I found T! They stay nice for 3 weeks, no peeling/chipping. Nothing. I have gotten multiple friends now going to T, she is just AMAZING! One of my girlfriend's nails have NEVER lasted more then 1 week, but with T, she can go 2.5-3 weeks between appointments! She did the most detailed work on my cuticles anyone has ever done and I get my nails done on a regular basis. She is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
