They use the same Emery boards and buffers do not sterilize any of their tools in between customers and so people are gonna end up getting a nail fungus. I usually don't go here I go to Bella Nails and she is great and she's very sanitary. She sterilizes everything in between people she gives you your own little pack of Emery board buffers that you take with you and bring back each time so she's not using the same Emery board on you that she used on 10 other people read more

I've been having my nails done by Leo for 7 months. At first he was great. The last 4 sets I've had have not lasted beyond 2 weeks. Whether it's the polish peeling off (he says they weren't dry but he's the one who tells me to pull them out before the dryer is done) or nails popping off. This last fill was the worst!! I hadn't even had them 2 weeks when nails started popping off. The last one just popped off (3 weeks old) and it's green under my nail!!! I have NEVER had fungus!!! I would also like to add that Leo is lazy and doesn't like to do cat eye polish, let alone chrome or anything else that is fun! Hannah refuses to do my nails. She never seems to have time. This place needs to be closed. There's flies flying in your face in the pedicure section. The man who owns this place with his wife was extremely rude to her infront of a lot of other customers as well. The paint job was so bad that I could've done a better job blindfolded. I spent $70 on a pedicure while trying to hold my breath the entire time because it smelled like mold. My sister got a manicure and told me the brush they used had mold on it!!!!!!! They all were constantly dropping tools and not cleaning them.. just putting them back in the spot they'd pull it out of. I'm calling the health department. I came in for a mani and a pedi with my bf thinking we could have a good time. However, the pedi was mediocre at best since I could still see dead skin afterwards on the same day, and the UV light was burning both my toes and fingers. The man that did my nails did not know what he was doing. I tried telling him to file my nails a certain shape and he didn't even file my nails a consistent shape. I ended up having to file them myself when I got home! Now, a week later my gel nails are peeling off!? I came into this nail spot 30 minutes before closing, and they treated me the same as if I would have walked in when they opened. Kevin was great, he was diligent and did a great job on both my pedicure and full set. I am very skeptical on nail joints, and have been let down a lot in this area, but the kindness, patience and diligence shown at the salon really made my night. Worst acrylic set I've EVER gotten. The guy doing them took his shoes off and was talking about he had been tested for Covid 3 times this past week. He kept stopping what he was doing and messing with his 2 cell phones. After filling my nails he never had me wash my hands. Thumbs down. I had a great experience with the first appointment besides a bit of unevenness with gel nail polish. I know how tricky it can be. But them only 3 days later my gel polished nails began to chip. I went in to get them fixed and they told me to pick a color. "Can you match the color I got on Friday" I ask. Apparently not. And now I have gel all over the fixed fingers. Friday y'all. They say it last up to 21 days. It's been 5 days. Regular nail polish lasts longer than this. And over priced for this garbage. read more

I went in for a spontaneous walk in pedicure. It was slightly busy but they said to pick out a color and they would be right with me. They filled the foot tub, which at first was a little too hot but then after waiting for 40 min it then got a little too cool. The scrub was a bright green color that smelled awful and turned my legs green for 2 days (I should have taken photos!). The actual pedicure was so-so and done by a man who smelled like cigarettes. read more

About two years ago I came to this nail salon, and LOVED them! Super friendly, cracking jokes, singing! It's was a lovely environment. Today,after not being their for two years, I decided to go in to get my nails filled, tips changed, and nails shortened. The woman who did my nails was an older woman, split thumb, and some kind of callus on her hand that felt awkward to let my hand rest on. Every time she had me drying my hands she was rubbing cream on her callused hand. Maybe her hand was in pain? or having a bad day? thats possibly why my bails got fucked. Not only do my nails look like hell, but I was cut during the process. Lets just put some nail glue on it and call it ok!!! They are lumpy and uneven. Left under my nails are nail junk that builds up in the process when NOT done right. It came to $35, I felt bad so I tipped her 5 dollars. That's suppose to be an even $40 right? Wrong. For what ever reason she charged me $41. I guess a dollar more was worth her crappy job. The only reason I went here today was because I was in the area and didn't have the time to drive to my awesome nail place in auburn who actually knows how to do their job and get better tips for better work.
