They use the same Emery boards and buffers do not sterilize any of their tools in between customers and so people are gonna end up getting a nail fungus. I usually don't go here I go to Bella Nails and she is great and she's very sanitary. She sterilizes everything in between people she gives you your own little pack of Emery board buffers that you take with you and bring back each time so she's not using the same Emery board on you that she used on 10 other people read more

I've been having my nails done by Leo for 7 months. At first he was great. The last 4 sets I've had have not lasted beyond 2 weeks. Whether it's the polish peeling off (he says they weren't dry but he's the one who tells me to pull them out before the dryer is done) or nails popping off. This last fill was the worst!! I hadn't even had them 2 weeks when nails started popping off. The last one just popped off (3 weeks old) and it's green under my nail!!! I have NEVER had fungus!!! I would also like to add that Leo is lazy and doesn't like to do cat eye polish, let alone chrome or anything else that is fun! Hannah refuses to do my nails. She never seems to have time. This place needs to be closed. There's flies flying in your face in the pedicure section. The man who owns this place with his wife was extremely rude to her infront of a lot of other customers as well. The paint job was so bad that I could've done a better job blindfolded. I spent $70 on a pedicure while trying to hold my breath the entire time because it smelled like mold. My sister got a manicure and told me the brush they used had mold on it!!!!!!! They all were constantly dropping tools and not cleaning them.. just putting them back in the spot they'd pull it out of. I'm calling the health department. I came in for a mani and a pedi with my bf thinking we could have a good time. However, the pedi was mediocre at best since I could still see dead skin afterwards on the same day, and the UV light was burning both my toes and fingers. The man that did my nails did not know what he was doing. I tried telling him to file my nails a certain shape and he didn't even file my nails a consistent shape. I came into this nail spot 30 minutes before closing, and they treated me the same as if I would have walked in when they opened. Kevin was great, he was diligent and did a great job on both my pedicure and full set. I am very skeptical on nail joints, and have been let down a lot in this area, but the kindness, patience and diligence shown at the salon really made my night. Thumbs down. I had a great experience with the first appointment besides a bit of unevenness with gel nail polish. I know how tricky it can be. But them only 3 days later my gel polished nails began to chip. I went in to get them fixed and they told me to pick a color. "Can you match the color I got on Friday" I ask. Apparently not. And now I have gel all over the fixed fingers. Friday y'all. They say it last up to 21 days. It's been 5 days. Regular nail polish lasts longer than this. And over priced for this garbage. read more

I went in for a spontaneous walk in pedicure. It was slightly busy but they said to pick out a color and they would be right with me. They filled the foot tub, which at first was a little too hot but then after waiting for 40 min it then got a little too cool. The scrub was a bright green color that smelled awful and turned my legs green for 2 days (I should have taken photos!). The actual pedicure was so-so and done by a man who smelled like cigarettes. read more

I do NOT recommend bless nails! Especially for waxing. They cut my cuticles multiple times while doing my manicure. When I decided to do an eyebrow wax, they ripped off my skin and now it's blistering and scabbing over. read more

So let's start with the pedicure: message was amazing! Much firmer than usual places. But they didn't take time to clean up the paint off my skin and top nail. Manicure: I'm honestly really disappointed. I asked for a dip, it looked great then for some reason she decided to add a base and top coat of shellac on top? I've never had that. It didn't need shellac on top. And now my nails are super streaky. (Like the polish was getting dry) she didn't even seem to care. Just get me out of there. She didn't put any lotions on my hands and I had to ask for cuticle oil. My hands are really dry. That's my I wanted a new set (also two where chipped) I should have just kept the same color and had her fix the chipped ones because my old set was near flawless. I washed my hands twice and am picking the shellac off my skin. As soon as I get back to Oregon I'm most likely going to get these things off I'm so sad about them. Expensive and not good quality. It's hard to rate this place. I went twice for pedicures. Both pedicures were fine; in fact, the second one included an exceptional leg massage. But the place is so unprofessional! The first time two walk-ins came in just before an appointment a lady had for her mother. The ones with the appointment had to wait almost half an hour, and the mother had dementia. It was difficult for her and disrespectful of the business to treat her that way. The second time, the place was dirty! empty water bottles and a baby bottle lying about, and counters not clean. The floor was filthy. A man who seemed unrelated to the customers or the employees talking loudly on his cell phone so impossible to relax. So the pedicures get a 4 and the atmosphere and cleanliness get a 2. read more
