If I could give a Zero I would. Boy has this place gone down hill. I went there to swap out 4 new wheels and to swap out my tire pressure monitor sensors to the new wheels. In the process they destroyed the bead on one of my tires while taking it off my wheel (19" factory wheel) and when questioning her about it her response was "it wasn't my machine that did it". The two ladies up front seem to be the ones running the show definitely need an attitude adjustment. This has to be the most unprofessional shop I've been in. Maybe they should let the cat "lug nut" run the show. Half mile down the road my TPM light came on. (Great). Jumped on the interstate got up to speed and the wheels were so out of balance it felt like an old wagon wheel on a dirt road. (Great). The next day I stopped at BigO in New Albany to check on the TPM sensor. Diagnoses- LR tire sensor. Hmm to find out the tech at Trusty's completely forgot to attach the sensor to the valve stem. (Great) Oh and before I left, they had to pull my car back in the garage for the second time because I noticed they put one of my tires on backwards on the rim. Needless to say I will never be back. read more

Took the truck for brake work. Put Caliper and pads on one side. Had other front tire off but did nothing to it. The one that wasn't fixed froze up on the way home. Called and explained to mechanic one day and woman in office next day. Neither returned calls. Took to another place to get it fixed 2 days later. read more

No one is wearing masks! I ask and they looked at me like I was crazy. I waited 15 minutes for the only receptionist to get off the phone to even acknowledge I was here. Then the installer came in asking about what tires go on my car? Are you kidding me? Then ofcoarse they are wanting me to buy lug nuts, stating they are swelled and having to beat them off. The car is only 2 years old. In addition when I got them rotated at rays ford... no one ever mentioned this issue prior. The staff is rude and not professional at all. I bought tires online and this place was a recommended installer from Goodyear! I'm not complaining about the lug nuts just the service and professionalism of this business. I took it to two other places and they recommended replacing control arms which was going to be over 1000 at each place and they were able to figure out the problem without me telling them what was wrong and come to find out, it was lose bolts, great job Woody!! On a road trip, hauling a travel trailer, we had a blow out on the TT. We had no spare as it was actually the second blow out we had on this trip. We left the camper on the highway, pulled off the tire and headed towards the closest town. I made several calls to price our tire and trusty was slightly lower than the rest. They had us in and out in about 15 minutes!! And the people were nice as could be. I told my husband that it reminded me of something you'd see in the Disney movie Cars! Haha! I've gone to Trusty Tire for years and have always gotten excellent service and good prices. My only complaint is sometimes you have to hunt or wait around for someone to help you, since every employee (it seems) also works on the vehicles.
