I felt entirely safe leaving the house during the day for school in their hands. When the flooring installers they had subcontracted betrayed my trust by rummaging through my bedroom drawers, Scott and Jason of Prokleen handled the situation with dignity, understanding and respect. When the owner of the subcontracted flooring company turned around and made me out to be the bad guy, Scott took control of the situation, found another, better flooring company to finish the job and did and said exactly the right things.
