We hired Trustworthy Movers to come to California and move us to Idaho. After reading many many reviews, we liked what we read about them and hoped that they would treat our valuables as they would their own. They were there right on time and Anthony and Reese worked extremely hard to get everything loaded. When they were all loaded up they were immediately on the road back to Idaho. The day they delivered our furniture they again were right on time and unloaded everything with speed and caution. My husband was worried about our walls getting hit by the movers, but they were extremely careful and made sure that everything was carried in without any damage to the furniture or walls. They finished in good time and were very cordial and friendly through the entire move. I would highly recommend Trustworthy Movers to anyone who expects a good job and who can be trusted with your valuable belongings. Don't just go with the bigger company because they have more likes on their company website, but take the time to read the yelp reviews. They are the ones that come from the satisfied customers! All I can say is wow! This moving company definitely makes you feel at ease in a time of chaos. I've moved a lot and have dealt with a lot of moving companies and horrible things always happen, but not with trustworthy movers. This company was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. They offered boxes, rug runners to protect my carpets, and had other equipment that just showed professionalism! The owner, Paul, clearly knew what he was doing. He was very to the point and honest about his prices. There were no hidden fees like most moving companies have. I have honestly never have felt so calm in a time of moving. Moving is never easy and takes a lot of work to prepare for and hiring the right moving company. Moving dates change at the last minute and you need flexibility with your moving company. Trustworthy Movers was the perfect fit as they were flexible and did an outstanding job packing everything in one truck. Used a ton of moving blankets, straps and secured every item, so it did not get damaged. They ended up taking off 45 minutes off the charges, for there breaks. Who does that? They need a break and I encourage them to do that. As hard as they work, they need breaks. It was very nice and I gave them a good tip to make up for it. I was looking for a moving company on Yelp and decided to contact Trustworthy Movers. Reece Buckles scheduled his best men on my move. Mike, Eric and Anthony arrived a few minutes early and when I told them I'd help move my things I was told "okay, but you can't get in the truck!" These guys were efficient, personable, and professional! I want everyone to know how much I appreciated Mike, Eric and Anthony! Called Trustworthy movers and gave them about 24 hours notice. Then had to reschedule with less than 12 hour notice. They accommodated us and made us feel like we weren't crazy, haha. The 3 guys they sent us went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They would actually run back to the truck to start moving more items when they got done with the previous load. Iv'e never witnessed such hustle. These guys are nothing short of GREAT. I had them move me. And that was not easy to do. I have ALOT of antiques ect. You will be pleased. I worked five of their guys to death. Do not use these guys. They destroyed my hardwood floors and I had to take them to court. Even then they denied liability even though I had pictures and witnesses. They are shysters. read more
