It wasn't rocket science but Seymour took the time to answer all of our questions. We received our reasonable estimate 24 hours later. This was our first estimate and we had 3 others scheduled. Once we received all of the other estimates we decided to go with Armor Fence. On 4/4 the installers arrived along with Seymour to make sure everything was set the way we wanted it. Three hours later, they took away the old fence and had installed the new. WE LOVE it and are very pleased with the service and product so far.

Even though we had some issues waiting on HOA approval they were on the ball the whole time, keeping up with everything. We had them redo our backyard with a paver patio and a small retaining wall to prevent more of our backyard from sliding away, as well as regrading the backyard. I cannot express how fantastic the end results are. We have a functional backyard! Finally! They helped design a way to make it all functional and then made it happen... quickly and efficiently AND without any hiccups. They did not try to enlarge the project beyond my requested size and needs, and they handled all the permits, inspections, and such. They brought down my grill and fire pit from the old deck, removed and disposed of my old picnic table and umbrella at no extra charge, and brought the grill and fire pit back up when the deck was done. The new deck is beautiful: Trex Transcends composite decking in Tiki Torch with a black railing and Tiki Torch cocktail rail, matching 52" wide steps with lights as required by code, and sturdy wood frame below the deck. They started sooner than required in the contract, and while the build took on the longer side due to the July heat, they finished before the contract start date.
