They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Their quote was detailed and competitive, closely matching the other estimates we received. Avi, the project manager, thoroughly explained each step of the remodeling process, which gave us confidence moving forward. We stayed in regular contact via WhatsApp, making it easy to ask questions and share updates. Their designer, (Elinor), provided valuable recommendations, assisted with shopping, and created a 3D design that helped us visualize the final outcome. Impressively, the finished bathroom closely matched the design, which was a major factor in our decision to choose Constructions and More. Joseph, the foreman, and his team were professional, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the project. They did an excellent job handling everything from electrical and plumbing work to tiling and fixture installation. They also managed all the necessary permit inspections with the city. Added finished photo with the 3D Render. We are extremely pleased with the final results of our bathroom remodel and would definitely hire them again.

Really pleased with how everything turned out! From the start, Zion's quote was more detailed than other contractors we talked to, which gave us a lot of confidence that they truly understood the work involved. One thing we really appreciated was how they handled changes along the way. When our requirements shifted, they adapted easily and offered great feedback on ways to simplify our design to save time and money. The team showed up on time each morning, cleaned up before leaving every day, and were always respectful and courteous. They made a point to ask questions and check in to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. It was a very pleasant experience working with both of them. Noa was very understanding and helpful during the estimation and planning phase. A huge thank you to our project manager, Allen, who did an amazing job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with--a special shoutout to Johan (their master plumber and electrician) and his brother for their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Like most major remodels, there were a few unexpected delays along the way, but almost all of them were completely out of their control. What impressed me most was their dedication: the team worked tirelessly, including weekends, to make up for lost time and keep us on schedule. We were also thrilled with their designer, Emanuele, who was incredible to work with. He helped guide us through color schemes and design choices, and his vision really brought the spaces to life. On top of the bathrooms, we decided last-minute to have them replace the cracking tile in our entranceway. They knocked it out incredibly fast, and they did a great job containing dust and keeping the work areas clean throughout the process. I highly recommend Wise Builders to anyone looking for quality work, clear communication, and a hardworking team. Thank you, Wise Builders!

Our project manager was Erick. He explained options clearly and helped us think through tradeoffs. I appreciated his suggestions throughout the project, including the decision to replace the windows. The team also handled uncertainty well. At the start, it was not clear how the kitchen exhaust hood would be vented. They worked through the constraints and found a solution that significantly improved airflow and met code. If we raised a concern or felt something missed the mark, it was addressed quickly. I interviewed six contractors before choosing HR Renovation. Hamlet stood out for one reason -- clear, upfront communication. That's rare in this industry and it matters more than most people realize going in. I came in with a hard constraint: five weeks, parents out of the house, done. I have a background in large-scale renovation projects so I set expectations precisely and we got all finish materials sourced and staged before day one -- Hamlet helped me build that list. Going in, there were very few unknowns. One change order the whole project, which I anticipated. Hamlet committed to having his full crew on-site for the month. He kept that promise. The crew put in long hours every day to make it happen -- and they finished in four weeks, a full week ahead of my already aggressive schedule. My parents were back in the house on time. The exterior sewer work ran an additional month due to permitting and city inspection timelines, but that's the nature of that work -- Hamlet handled all of it directly with the city, start to finish. High quality work. On budget. Efficient crew that didn't cut corners even when pushing hard. Good communicator who follows through on what he says. I rarely write reviews. This one was worth writing.

My mother in law agreed with the quote and they got started on the work immediately. They attacked the driveway first and seems like they got all the weeds and old rock out in one day which was impressive. We get a text later that day saying that if we put back the old rock, there's a high chance that the weeds will be growing back sooner than later. When we got the quote, we told Danny that our main focus with the driveway was to prevent weeds and maintenance for as long as possible. It seemed pretty reasonable that putting new rocks would prolong any new weeds from growing back soon. We opted to pay the additional 5500 dollars. After 1 month, I saw weeds breaking through the rocks and a whole line of weeds on every edge of the driveway. I eventually text Danny to see if they can come by to see why there were weeds growing through the rocks after only 1 month. It took some phone calls and some texts but he said he finally came personally to the house while everyone was at work and told us that the neighbors had some weeds and thats why we can see weeds so soon. I took a closer look and saw that the weeds were actually growing through the weed barrier, not on top. He said he would send a crew to come and correct the problem but that day never came. He gave me 2 days that he said a crew would come, but never did. It was great working with them when we owed them money. The were on time, curtious to everyone they came across and even went above and beyond what was needed for the job. The fact that we were up sold another $5500 worth of product to help fix our issue, but then within a month, see that the new rocks didn't help at all. I'm not exactly sure on the final price but it was over 15k for the job on the driveway, that's a lot of money just to have someone essentially just pull your weeds and have them grow back so soon. The retaining wall came out great. I wouldn't hire this company for landscaping but maybe they do a better job in other areas. Update: they did comeback and correct the issue. They also put in a plan for the future to make sure the weeds don't return.
