I received a gorgeous arrangement of roses in many colors over the weekend. They were to die for…read more My friend from the Indiana Bead Society sent them because it seems like I've been in the hospital more than I've seen my home in the last 20 months. Like I said, they were remarkable. But the day after I got them, one rose was wilted. . I thought it might have gotten broken during transit, so I didn't worry about it. I've watered and cut them like I'm supposed to. But yesterday I went to water them and 8 out of the 20 had wilted. I called and asked to speak with the manager. Lilly had answered the phone and asked if she could help me. I told what had happened with the roses. She said she was sorry and could she send out another complete arrangement. I told her that I still had more roses than I had lost, so that wouldn't be fair to the flower shop. I asked her if she could just send a bouquet that would be compatible to the roses lost. This was at about 3pm. I told her they could just send them with tomorrow's orders. She said that they would be at my home later today. The replacement bouquet was just as beautiful as the first with seasonal flowers. I f i could, I'd give this company a 10. Their customer service was aa beautiful as the bouquets themselves. Thank you so much!

This store has a nice selection of items that you can have arranged into a gift basket, but…read morehonestly, I didn't really see much that I couldn't have found on my own. I guess the real benefit of shopping at Gifts to Go - The Basket Case is the service aspect: having somebody assemble your choices and then having the gift basket delivered or shipped to the recipient. However, I am one of those people who likes to create my own care boxes and gift baskets for friends and family. Also, tallying up some of the items in the shop that would go into a "new baby" basket for my friend, for example, I realized that I probably couldn't afford to use this service all that often. But, I did see some cute baby things. As for a chocolate basket, go to World Market and you and your recipient will be better off for the price. On a positive note, Gifts to Go does have a neat selection of "other than a basket" containers for filling and gifting. Minus a star for the salesperson who never left the basket she was creating at the back of the shop despite the presence of at least 8 customers in the store - and for the Web site, which does not post this establishment's pertinent information anywhere on it....you know, address and hours of operation. Huge Web site no-no for a retail store!
