You just have to patron this business. I live in Los Angeles and wanted to send my sister, who lives in Carmel, flowers for her birthday. Of the list of florists, Carmel Florist was the most reasonably priced florist and the images of Kristine's arrangements were beautiful. So I called. Went in to get some flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and knew nothing about flowers, arrangements, and all that sort of floral stuff. Couldn't have made a better decision coming here. Not only was the staff very friendly, but they even explained the entire arrangement they did for me, giving me a little knowledge into the world of flowers. The total time it took for them to make up a custom arrangement from when I walked in - about 15 minutes tops. Great service, great products, and right in line, if not, less expensive with buying online or somewhere else and having delivered.
