The arrangement I ordered looked very different from the one that was delivered (both photos attached), and many of the flowers were already wilted upon arrival. I paid extra for the largest "Premium" size, but it looked more like a standard arrangement. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and won't be using Bokay again. read more

I've used this shop for weddings and birthdays and funerals and thank yous. Never had a bad experience.

Bokay recently did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. They were absolutely beautiful!!! They captured her vision perfectly. The setup was flawless. We didn't have to worry about anything. They are also very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend their services!! read more

My son sent these for Mother's Day and they were absolutely beautiful. The bouquet has six different flowers and is packed with roses. Not just a couple but eleven in addition to carnations, hydrangeas, and a couple peonies too. It's one of the nicest I've ever received - just lush and gorgeous. read more

Looks nothing like the picture on the website and was very disappointed in the product I received. Now, I'm not a very apt person in flowers but the one in the white vase is from Bokay and is 3 days old. The one in the glass I put together myself and is 3 days old. You be the judge read more

My husband and I wanted special bouquets made for our daughter's elementary school musical performance. We contacted three local florists to inquire about tropical themed bouquets that fit in a certain budget. Bokay is the only florist that contacted us back, and I'm so happy they did. They listened to me. Asked me questions. They assured me they could create what we had in mind. And they did. They knocked it out of the park. I picked up five of the most beautiful tropical bouquets and our daughters and their friends loved them. We will absolutely be using Bokay again. read more

Writing based on my mom's experience-My mom ordered a bouquet, balloons and chocolates from here for my 10 year wedding anniversary and the balloons and chocolates were not delivered. When she called them she asked to have them deliver them and they would not honor it. They did give a $25 refund for the balloons and chocolates but my mom was very disappointed as this was her gift from our big milestone and wished she went with someone else with better customer care. read more

Always my go to when I need flowers. Either in person or delivery. They're quick, reasonably priced and offer gorgeous arrangements in a variety of styles and sizes. They're customer service is top notch and they're located conveniently in broad ripple. Whether it's sympathy, surprise and congratulatory - this is the place to go. I've never had a bouquet last less than two weeks from them. This is my go to recommendation in Indy whenever someone is in need! read more

I received this beautiful arrangement from my neighbors via Bokay on Monday, March 28th. Today is Thursday, April 7th. Check these flowers out! I can't believe how beautiful they still are. I haven't changed the water or removed any dead flowers. I've never ordered from Bokay- we are relatively new to the area- but I would definitely order from them if the need arises! read more

Not really pleased with how these turned out compared to the photo of what I was ordering. I called to ask if the arrangement was available and they said yes, but I would have rather had them say no and make something else that actually looks good. Definitely not worth $80. read more

I just received this absolutely lovely birthday bouquet from my sister. Bokay Florist did a wonderful job with the arrangement, and the delivery was great. I wasn't able to answer the door when they rang the bell, but the driver called to inform me that there was a delivery on the porch. I am so happy with my flowers! I received a bouquet from this company from my vet clinic after my dog passed away. The roses in the bouquet were dead when they were delivered. The other flowers were wilted as well. Not much care was shown to these flowers before they were delivered. :/. I would be completely embarrassed as a florist to send out a grief bouquet to a grieving person in this condition ... death- dead flowers ... ? Very thoughtful of the vet office but very un thoughtful of the florist. Bokay is def not cheap and the quality of their flowers should be at least be up to par with their pricing. read more

We worked with Colleen at Bokay Florist for my daughter's wedding. We absolutely LOVED all the flowers! They were so, so beautiful! Used to live in Indy for more than 3 decades and wanted to support a local florist to send flowers to a friend in town. I picked Bokay because I knew it was close to her home. I chose a very specific arrangement because of the ceramic vase it came in b/c I wanted my friend to be able to use it and it was expensive. By time order was complete, it was over $80 including a very high delivery fee to deliver about 4 miles from store. When my friend sent me photo, the bouquet was not in the vase but a cheap standard vase. Sooooo disappointed. When I inquired I got a response asking for order info. I sent and then crickets. Think twice about using this florist as you may not get what you paid for. And seems they are not willing to even explain. Very poor service. read more

Back in February, I ordered Valentines Day flower bouquets for my wife and mother. Despite phone calls to Bokay, the flowers were never delivered to our home, which obviously put a damper on the day for us. When I showed up at the store (just after 5 PM) it was closed- on Valentine's Day! No return calls- nothing. It took me a week of chasing them just to get a refund. And no apology. I think the staff took marketing classes at the University of North Korea. Worst customer experience I've had in years. read more

My husband ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day from FTD. Bokay fulfilled the order for FTD. My husband ordered an arrangement that was about $70 for the flowers and the delivery fee was $25. The way FTD words, apparently, is that you can pick from 4 or 5 levels of arrangements, and you just trust the florist to put together something consistent with what you're choosing. My husband chose the second-highest level of arrangement for me. I didn't know any of this ahead of time. The flowers came yesterday, and I thought they were fine. The colors were nice--the arrangement was very similar to a little bunch of flowers I would pick up at Target or Fresh Thyme for $20 if I wanted something pretty on the dinner table. Then last night after I went to bed, my husband noticed that some of the flowers were already wilting and drooping. He was really unhappy, considering how much he spent and he already felt like the arrangement wasn't worth what he spent. So he contacted FTD and they gave him a refund right away without any hassle. So overall, it's an ok bunch of flowers shoved in a vase, but definitely not worth the $90 my husband spent. read more

Anytime I buy flowers from Bokay florist, it is always above and beyond my wildest dreams! Great customer service and very attentive staff!

No need to look anywhere else!...I asked the team at Bokay to use toffee roses, antique spray roses, and that I liked a fairy cottage like feel. That's it! What they delivered was beyond my wildest dreams! My bridal Bokay was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. They came to the venue before the wedding to set up the space, "set up" is such an understatement. They transformed my venue! The tables were like something out of Pinterest. All my guests were raving about the decor. From start to finish the commutation was great, the execution was incredible, and the pricing process what very transparent and seamless to make changes where it fit our budget. You had one job on Valentine's Day to get flowers to my fiance, that is on 86th Street only a mile or two from Bokay. And they couldn't even get them delivered before 5pm. There's really no excuse. BoKay Flowers was my florist for my winter wedding 2/2/2019. They did an incredible job and my friends and family talked about them forever! The first time I received flowers from this location, they were bright, vibrant, beautiful, and fragrant. The man who delivered them was a total sweetheart, too. Although they didn't come with flower food, I managed to get them to last almost 2 weeks. The second time - total opposite! The lady who delivered was rude and told me to hurry up and sign because she was too busy to wait around. My white calla lillies had brown spots all over them and many of the other flowers were already droopy and dying. I called them when, two days later, most had died, even though I had purchased flower food and changed the water. They came to replace them at my office, stopped by the bathroom to dump them in our small trash can (leaving a mess!), and my replacement flowers were in even worse condition than the others. My boss noticed and immediately knew what florist it was - she asked her husband to stop using Bokay after 3 bad experiences with them. After seeing what my boyfriend paid (especially the $25 delivery fee to have them delivered less than a mile away!), I made him swear never to use them again. The attitude and quality are so low, I'd prefer weeds from the garden. Definitely reccommend going elsewhere. read more

My wife frequently mentions Bokay as we drive by, so I stopped in at Bokay on my anniversary to grab her some flowers. I've never been inside a flower shop before, as I usually do my flower purchasing online. When I arrived I talked to the owner and told her that it was my anniversary. We chatted about my wife and her taste for about 5 minutes, then she began creating an arrangement right there. It took her about 15 minutes to make the arrangement, and she happily told me all about southern Indiana wineries while she did it. If you have 30 minutes to spare, go to Bokay instead of using one of the online flower services. You will get an arrangement that is roughly the same price but it will be customized to your exact taste. read more

My husband ordered flowers through Flower One, that was fulfilled by Bokay florist. They looked beautiful when they arrived, however they quickly within 24hrs were wilting. I contacted Flower One after not being able to reach Bokay. They requested a picture for their records and the customer service manager I spoke with stated that she could hear the flowers crunching over the phone. This was the 3rd day after delivery. She contacted Bokay to request a replacement for me, even offering to offset the cost of the new ones by 50%. Bokay Flatout refused to correct the situation in any way!!!!!! Flower One customer service rep called me back to inform me of this and that she was shocked they wouldn't stand behind their product. This is a terrible way to run a business!!!!! Flower One was wonderful and offered me a replacement or a refund. Buyer Beware of Bokay!! read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered today to surprise my boyfriend at work. 2:30 pm called to ask for an ETA, was told they were out on the truck and would get there and then the lady hung up on me. Called at 3:30 asking for an ETA. The lady told me she can't call the driver, can't give me an ETA, can't re-route them to be delivered home, and can't give me a refund. I asked if they prioritize workplace delivery, and she said "yes, but what do you expect? It's Valentine's Day!". 4:30. Office closes. No flowers. What do I expect? In addition to providing flowers for my wedding, Angie and her team had two other weddings to decorate on the same day. You couldn't tell how busy they were, though, because Angie and her team gave 110% for my wedding. First of all, she arrived at my house early in the morning to personally drop off the flower that I wore in my hair. Second, she really paid attention to what I wanted and made our flowers reflect our personality. We had some special requests and she incorporated them with no questions asked (specially-requested flowers, and she put a locket around my bridal bouquet), and the result was perfect. Lastly, I just have to recommend to TRUST HER. She knows what she is doing. I had a hard time picturing what it would all look like because I don't know flowers very well, but she reassured me, and I trusted her and let her put her own creativity into it. I was blown away by the results: the flowers were so beautiful, they brought me to tears. A note on price: she really worked to come within our budget, and I really, really appreciate and respect that about her. Whatever your budget, she will make it beautiful. read more

Walked in to pick up a pre-made bouquet. I wasn't a fan of the ones they had left but they found one in the back for me that I really liked. The flowers and water did not look fresh (cloudy water, flowers that had already fully opened, a little wilty) so they offered to make me a fresh one, which was very nice. I came back to pick it up and the entire arrangement was completely different than the one I said I liked, a completely different vase, and the roses had already fully opened. It just didn't look the freshest, and I know it won't last too much longer, so i was a little disappointed. They were nice and quick making a new bouquet for me within an hour, but not super pleased with the quality. read more

I never thought I would be reviewing a flower store, but this place is pretty cool. I have both purchased and received flowers from Bokay, and I have had good experiences each time. The first time I stopped in unfortunately was for a funeral in June 2012. The employee working that day gave me good suggestions for a tasteful arrangement. The flowers were beautiful. On a happier note, I just received what I can describe as the coolest, funkiest flowers for Valentine's day. Very unique! read more

Angie and her team did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding. We had two ceremonies, Christian ceremony in the morning at the State Capitol and a Hindu ceremony later in the evening at Conrad. They did the arrangements at the Capitol and then moved them to Conrad and reused many of the arrangements. They also had all the fixtures (Mandap, Ganesha and other items for the Hindu ceremony) and they were well prepared to transition from one place to another and complete setting up the place in a timely manner, and more importantly in attractive ways. We received numerous complements and they exceeded our expectations in all areas. Angie worked hands-on and was personally involved and made it look great! Thanks Angie! read more
