Ordering from their website was easy peasy, and the prices seemed in line with what I had found elsewhere. I also loved the look of their offerings. And the best part: My flowers were delivered same day! I hadn't expected that to be an option, but it's great that it was. Oberer's has been a longtime favorite of a former co-worker. They've also been known to have beautiful arrangements for reasonable prices. When they opened a Greenwood location, I saw someone post they did a design class. As someone who helps plan fun events for staff, I thought around Valentine's day, this would be a perfect option for a "galentine's night!" We had about 15 people sign up for class. When we arrived, we were able to set up snacks and we had arrangements ready for us to pick up and begin. A few of the flowers were already dying, but we worked with what we could! We had one person guide us along as we built our bouquet. It was fun, but it was a tight fit for sure. I'd definitely do a class again, but I'd recommend the instructor walk around more and maybe even carry their sample to help facilitate those with no green thumb on their body. My women's travel club attended a design class at the Carmel location 12/2/2023. 10 of us joined the rest of the class to create a stunning holiday/winter arrangement. All the materials we needed were presorted and ready to go! The instructor thankfully used a microphone, but everyone was so intent on following instructions that once class started it was very quiet! The space was great too even though the class was full, we had plenty of room to work. The best part, besides taking home beautiful flowers: the vase is distinctive and the carry box is helpful. I love fresh floral arrangements and I could not create my own for less $$. And the quality of the flowers is superior. I highly recommend this one hour class! read more

spent $100 for Mother's Day flowers, only to have to throw away some dead ones on Tuesday. I should've known they weren't going to last, because when I went to pick them up, the employee picked off a few dead pedals. Expensive but truly not worth the money. This is a nice flower shop with friendly employees greeting me after I walked in the door and asking if I had been there before. I hadn't and am glad she gave me the run down of what's what. I appreciate employees that want to help the customer and even though they might be assembling a floral arrangement they came over to help. They had a lot of arrangements made up in the main area and I personally love the cooler section you can go into. It's like a secret cold flower vault that customers are allowed to go into and they even have a sign customers are allowed in! I know a few other places that have these and I just like them because the flowers seem to be at the right temperature and ready to go. They had a lot of varieties and they had a section you can pick stems and make your own bouquet. Overall a nice experience and if you live in the area this would be a great place to order flowers for Mother's Day coming up. They do deliver I'm not sure of the delivery radius. They have a website and I'm sure it would say or they could tell you if you called them. Asked for help with a bouquet and the manager got mad at the worker for helping, then up charged me 20 extra dollars . I've gone here 2 others times and the workers were very helpful and I was charged for what I bought. I've kept both other receipts and none of them show extra fees for helping me. When I lived in Cincinnati, this was my favorite florist. Their arrangements were always affordable and beautiful! So, I was delighted to see a location in Carmel, IN. We know a colleague whose wife is batting breast cancer. I wanted to send her flowers from afar. I looked online to see the daily special: 20 pink tulips for $44 + tax and delivery - PERFECT! I called to place an order for same-day delivery and it was easy enough. I asked for a picture of the arrangement either prior or upon delivery, but was told 'no.' That's why this isn't a five-star experience. I was emailed a receipt. It seems like it would be easy enough to attach a photo to that receipt or shoot a photo over text. But they are so awesome that they celebrated by giving away 1600 beautiful floral arrangements! Such an amazing gift! It took me 20 minutes to decide which flowers to get. They were all so beautiful. The delivery man was so pleasant and and truly brought a smile to my face - an added bonus when receiving an unexpected delivery! The roses were absolutely gorgeous and the picture does no justice. The bouquet was huge, perfectly assembled, and all the flowers and additional decorative pieces were in stellar condition.
