Now moved to a small premises half-way down Cheap Street, this is the place your mum or gran would go to, in order to get 'sensible' underwear. That's not to say it doesn't stock nice stuff - it certainly does - but it's less geared towards fashion and more to practicality and quality, it's hallmarks. Selling just ladies lingerie (underwear, hoisery and nightwear) it still does solid business, for ladies of a certain age who simply wouldn't be able to find the right sort of stuff for them in a hi-fashion boutique. And who wouldn't want to be seem rummaging round the open displays in a supermarket for such personal wear items! Prices reflect quality, medium to expensive, but it's definately the place to go for good personal service and good quality items.
