I first went here with a friend who was looking for some saucy but tasteful bridal underwear for her wedding night and I loved it. The staff are mad, French and tactile to say the least. I have never had my boobs sized by being weighed by hand in a shop before and the lady helping us was happy to lift up her skirt and show us how the lovely French knickers she was modelling were good for big bums. But they are incredibly helpful and honest and know how to fit a bra properly unlike most of the women in high street stores. The makes they stock are usually the harder to get hold of brands that you need to order via catalogue and thus are pricier but they are generally really nice. They also do great sports bras for the larger chested lady. Definitely worth a visit or you or your fella feel you are in line for a treat, but be prepared for the rather unorthodox sales technique!

The fitting service was thorough and discreet, and staff were friendly and able to suggest styles and brands that I hadn't considered. There was plenty of opportunity to take my time in trying items on (so of course I ended up buying slighty more than I had intended, but I am still very pleased with it). The quality of the goods are excellent and the bras I bought are lasting well with handwashing and daily use. I would definitely go there again in passing, or make a special trip if I was looking for something for an occasion.

You can find a number of corsets by designers that she has handpicked herself. Most of the pieces are hand made and cater to the luxury market, but this shouldn't put you off, because like a bra, a corset is an investment, and the quality and sturdiness of each one is assured. My favourite is a cream corset, all satin and lace and steel boning. Might have to get myself a credit card though - it's £299!

It is a fairly small shop, a beacon to vintage lovers on Park Street. They sell records, leather wallets, jackets, 80s dresses, cut off levis.. anything vintage that pops in your head, they do have it here. You do have to dig abit to find things though, which just adds to the fun. This is somewhere I always pop by to have a browse, always expecting to find something awesome, but never really do. Maybe that is because the prices are quite steep; rising with the rise of the love of vintage fashion these days.

I love a bit of a rummage through piles of retro clothing, but the interesting finds here are so few are far between that it doesn't make your wait worth-while. On the whole, I find that men do better here than women with some fantastic leather jackets and belts to be had. Just be prepared to pay a hefty price for some of the better pieces. It's worth a look for die-hard vintage clothes fans, but personally I prefer to save my pennies and go rooting around Bristol's fabulous charity shops. Cheaper, with added feel good factor!
