Especially now, as burlesque is as popular as ever.
Nikita Sablier is the brainchild of Nikki Hambry, and although the store has only been open since July of 2008, it is already a raging success. You can find a number of corsets by designers that she has handpicked herself. Most of the pieces are hand made and cater to the luxury market, but this shouldn't put you off, because like a bra, a corset is an investment, and the quality and sturdiness of each one is assured.
My favourite is a cream corset, all satin and lace and steel boning. Might have to get myself a credit card though - it's £299! read more
