UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!! This company took my money and failed to show up. When I called to ask them why…read morethey never came, they lied and told me that they did. When I informed them that I had cameras on my property that showed no one came to my home, they changed their story and said it was a "error" and they were unable to come due to rainy weather. No one ever notified us that they would not come for that month, but they were happy to quietly collect payment for a service they failed to provide. On top of being terrible at their job and lying about it, the staff was confrontational, condescending, and rude, gaslit me, interrupted and talked over me, never apologized, and these nasty sexist staffers actually asked if they could speak to my husband instead of me!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zach arrived on October 21, 2020 and inspected outside, also in the attic. It turned out to be a mice problem. Zach was very nice and explained everything that he did. I am so happy that I called A-Academy, they are affordable. If I ever have another situation I will certainly call them again. A. L.

Viking Pest Control is one of the best services available in central New Jersey. I am pleased with…read morethe successful removal of an ant problem I had and they accommodated my request for service to control wasps, spiders ticks and mosquitoes. All summer I have had NO problems with pests getting in. I have animals and an infant in the house, and they always notified me of when it was safe to go out after the application dried. They also leave small notification signs on the lawn to warn visitors and guests that the area outside my home was treated. They always called or texted me when they arrived. They leave a door tag to inform me they visited, while I wasn't available. After talking with their office personnel, I found that I could qualify for 10-20% reduction on the last two treatments of my seasonal control program. I would definitely recommend this licensed pest contractor any time I needed additional assistance.
