Could be a little nicer, I get major anxiety having to come in there and shop... Alwas dealing with attitudes and it sucks

I'm a regular here since it's the closest dispensary to my house, but today I had a frustrating experience. I placed an online order for a heavily discounted product and took a screenshot of the price in case there were checkout issues. When I arrived for pickup, the product rang up at normal price instead of the discounted price I ordered. I was directed to speak with Erin to resolve it. I showed him my screenshot with the timestamp as proof of what I ordered. Instead of actually helping, Erin accused me of lying multiple times despite the clear evidence in my hands. All of this was supposedly him trying to help me. The woman who assisted me was great and very nice, which makes this worse. One employee handled it professionally while Erin did not. I came prepared and handled this responsibly. Erin's job was to resolve the discrepancy, but instead he chose to be dismissive and accusatory toward a loyal customer who had proof. read more

First experience with online ordering/delivery was not positive. I received a confusing text the day BEFORE my delivery was due stating delivery was unavailable for that day due to unforseen circumstances. My order wasn't scheduled until the following day so I had to call for clarification. I was informed delivery was unavailable for two consecutive days due to staffing issues. While I understand circumstances can change, I didn't feel the employee I spoke with was overly concerned with my conundrum. I was told I could just pick it up. I am unable to travel due to health issues and don't enjoy being so easily dismissed by a company I was attempting to spend a sizeable amount at. First impressions matter. read more

Genuinely always the slowest and worst service out of all of the Trulieve's. It doesn't need to be a holiday or special deal, just a normal day for some reason takes NW 6th 30 minutes to check in and out each person. Can't convince myself to go through the hassle of this location anymore. read more

During the past few months, ordering delivery from Gainesville Trulieve, on 6th, has been HORRIBLE. Over the course of the past few orders, I've gotten one empty jar that a manager agreed to replace. However, the replacement jar took almost 3 days to get back to me. My points for purchasing are being used without my consent and now, I ordered a delivery for today but I won't be getting it because it was left at the dispensary. If you're having trouble with "no one wanting to work", that doesn't explain your poor system for arranging deliveries and pickup orders and them getting FORGOTTEN. No delivery today and they won't offer a discount or some swag even, to make it right. Supposedly, my delivery will be here tomorrow because of my order, as always, being an oversight. Edit to add: The "owner" puts up an email that's INVALID and you can't send anything to it They're not worried about concerns. read more

Everytime I go in for these specific flower , that's 20 am 8its never in stock but shows online they have it so everytime I order it and go in they give me some stuff that's wayyy lower thc and it's very disappointing read more

I typically don't have an issue when I come here.. since I wasnt feeling well, I decided to do a pick up order in hopes of being able to walk in and pick up my order and leave. Well that wasn't the case..I still had to wait until all the walk-ins were seen.. though I understand that they were there before me, I'm not understanding the purpose of placing a pick up order if you still have to sign in and wait the same as if you'd walked in..had I been feeling well, I would have left and not even gotten the order.. I probably won't be purchasing from here again..and they're so loud in there with their laughing and extra talking about non related subjects with a waiting room full of people, I'm really over the whole experience.. read more

After two people went ahead of me the lady first said that I didn't wait outside, as many were seated inside, next she said that perhaps those people had pick up orders, perhaps?? Excellent shatter and crumble extracts for the patient who is familiar with MMJ concentrates. Huge selection of different products. Unfortunately, terrible parking at the Gainesville location with unbelievably long wait times with sloppy quality control on the merchandise. Sketch people getting pissed as selective personnel get preference while others looking on linger and wait anxiously for hours. read more

Buyers Beware! "Bud Tender" did not correctly explain promotions or give the total prior to scanning my cannpay app. Once Scanned I was THEN informed the promotion we literally just spoke about, prior to finishing my order, was not applied and thusly I was overcharged $50 on $165 order. The order total we talked about involved true perks and a stamped card with no restrictions. I have the card to use on my "next order" but that was NOT what the "Bud Tender" and I discussed. Update to the update. I ended up going in again after being given the runaround so many times on the phone. Talked with Peter. He was absolutely fantastic. The selection and pricing are great, and there are always deals. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient - Omar is the host with the most. :) Every dispensary has its moments where things don't go as planned with inventory or charges or whatever, but they ALWAYS make it right if there is a problem. Nice clean and professional facility. The selection is pretty impressive and they were willing and able to spend time going over my options and answering any questions I had. Be aware they are cash only (or some kind of special paypal type app I had never heard of) and you cannot just walk in and purchase your medicine like you might expect. You will have to wait to be seen or order ahead, which honestly seems a little unnecessary but not a deal breaker. The website inventory doesn't seem to be accurate to the store inventory either, but that may be a corporate issue. Aside from the cash only policy and the long waits to purchase it's a nice place with great product and helpful staff. read more

It's a little hard to find and if you park in the parking area next door, the lawyers might have you towed. And those are the only problems I had there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I came in, I filled out a form and took a seat. I was asked if I was new to medical marijuana and if I would like a consultation. I like that they offered that. But I was good. I explained that I had had my med card in Colorado. I was then asked lots of questions about Colorado laws and strains. It was great that the staff was curious and interested. Everyone was great there. I had great service. And they are less expensive than the other place in town. This is my new dispensary. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! Worst dispensary I have ever been to! Great products horrible service! Every time every location over 1 hour wait regardless if you order online or by phone or walk-in. They tell you 15-30mins and it's over 1 hour. I will not be returning to this dispensary until these issues are worked out. I'm on hold with truleive as we speak for over an hour as well to tell them my unpleasant experiences at all their locations and that with my medical conditions I can not handle another trip to this place. terrible location, there's never good parking! Although the employees seem to be wonderful people.I have noticed there are usually as many, if not more employees than patients and, it still takes forever. I suggest making online orders.it does go faster then if you don't. My last online order was confirmed by email but they had no idea at the Gainesville shop. Also I get a lot of emails offering this or that but, when I was two dollars short on a $200 Online order that they messed up I had to ultimately put back a $50 item to make up the two dollars... Staff doesn't come much friendlier, helpful, and thoughtful. Prices still have a lot to be desires, but the customer service and satisfaction policies more than make up for it. These guys and gals are leading the herd in the dispo industry here in FL, make sure to stop by and check em out, if your a mmj patient that is.
