Oh my, how are health Care system has completely and utterly failed. If you want a lot of details about my experience at this location check out Google reviews, unfortunately Yelp doesn't leave enough room here for me to share just how I've been treated but I can summarize it pretty easily because Affordable Marijuana License is a liar. And here are some receipts. To summarize, I am a patient here. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago in which there was an error that affected the ability for my medication to be dispensed. I contacted AML immediately and instead of correcting the issue they jerked me around and then insisted that I needed to call and then when I called no one was available to help me and in fact they are still not available to help me even after they are fully aware that there's a problem. However, it gets even worse. I don't know who this individual is but whoever is representing themselves as the Affordable Marijuana License OWNER reply to my Google review that they had tried calling me at least five times and try to make it sound like I was the one that was, in fact, difficult to get a hold of even though I had been trying to contact them during their normal business hours and nobody was ever available to help when I called. So, all of this is going to come into crystal clear when you find out that this is a medical office who has completed abandoned the Hypocratic Oath. Do no harm? No, the staff at this office must have regular meetings where they're chanting, harm! harm! harm! harm! So, I share my honest review and in response this medical practice decided to completely lie publicly in an attempt to dishonestly shift The narrative and disparage me, the patient who they have already worked so hard to victimize. So, even though the owner is clearly not available to call me, they are available to publish lies online about their patients without any regard for the damage that it causes. So, they said that they called me at least five times. Attached here is a copy of my entire unedited log for that day, this past Friday, when I first called their location starting immediately when they opened at 8:00 a.m. and then three additional times because the operator was rude and had hung up on me. The operator also told me that no one would be available to call me back until this week and I told her that was unacceptable but I did hear what she was saying. So, it's very safe to say that I should not have been expecting any calls from AML on Friday because they told me that they would not be calling until this week. But, since AML claimed that they called me five times I wanted to look because I was aware that I had missed two private number calls on Friday morning and that's because my phone sends them automatically to voicemail. What didn't happen is whoever called me, if it was from AML, they were not professional enough to leave a voicemail so there is no way for me to confirm that they called me at all but at most they called me twice. Online, they chose to lie and say that they called me five times. So, deceptive medical practice that apparently has lost touch with the Hippocratic Oath or it's just no longer even a thing and I'm a dinosaur which is also true. Either way, why would a medical practice work so hard to not have any staff available to help patients during normal business hours? But now they gaslight...it's my fault. Liars gonna lie. read more

Never use MMJ you end up paying a lot more than the $77 that was quoted where everybody else gives you 7 months to a year of recommendation and MJ only gives you three. When you call back to ask him about your recommendation they want to charge you another $100 these people should be put out of business. I hope more people feel the same as I do and keep reporting these people to the better business bureau because they should be stopped! read more

I just wanted to say Affordablde did not charge me a full New Patient fee (which I've been charged for Everytime I renewed, prior! I only paid for renewal a $40 fee!!! I was extremely happy with the dr I saw, he answered all my questions and gave me a handout on terpenes. They also have Consulting in regards to what type, etc any questions you may have and I found that may be very helpful to a new patient. All the cannabis and legal names LOL can be confusing!! Front staff unhelpful. They assume new patients know their procedures. Had a appointment to transfer my license. I didn't get out until 1 1/2 hours later. Had to figure out what was required on my own. Although I preregistered online, I still was required to fill out a stack of papers. Once I finally got to the back everyone was nice. The doctor (Verma) was cool and friendly. I realize the front staff is busy, but they need to be more helpful and help newcomers. read more

They are free if you have medical records to support your medical condition. $100 clams, all in, if you need to see the doc and get a recommendation. If there is a more competitively priced and equally professional outfit in the medicinal MJ game in Jax please let me know. UPDATE: My license has been approved. But now I find out: 1) my original recco was for only 2 months and 2) it doesn't include smokeable. To get a full 7 mo recco and smokeable I had to cough up AN ADDITIONAL $175. read more

Had an appointment for 8am. Got into emed early and was checked in before my appointment. Robinson was the medical assistant who came in before the doctor. Mr. Robinson was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. Mr. Robinson also assisted me and filled out the needed paper work for the state of Florida. The ENTIRE staff was very profesional. Dr. Pulido was very friendly and answered all my concerns. THANK YOU Dr. Pulido and your entire staff for what you do. I am a 59 year old man who has been suffering with cronic pain for 15 years. I am a 42 female with a terminal illness that leaves me in so much pain, I have seizures and I've had a stroke due to the pain increasing my blood pressure to the max. This place is a mad house. I came in with an appointment to switch my current doctor to puledo after seeing how low his prices were. His prices are low because this "clinic" is insane. Not only is it a medical marijuana facility but also a walk in clinic that is FULL of sick people. Took the doctor an hour after my scheduled appointment time to see me and was rushed out right after. Yes it's cheap but you sacrifice the accommodations of a traditional doctors office. Would not recommend to individuals seeking their medical card for the first time. read more

UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR BUT IF I COULD LEAVE 0 I DEFINITELY WOULD. In this day, during these awful times, i feel like its necessary to treat everyone with kindness, regardless of what you, "personally" have going on, we are all fighting tough battles that no one knows about. Both my sister and myself transferred to Dr. Pulido's clinic in January. We were offered a "special" for $40 to transfer and to renew our recommendations for 7 months. Shortly after my visit, like less than a month, I began working in another MMJ DOCTORS OFFICE on FEB 22 and THIS DOCTOR CANCELLED ALL OF MY ORDERS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION AND COMPLETELY UNWARRANTED AND had the audacity to say the reason was due to me only paying for one month of orders. Fortunately, I am pretty good navigating my way around the MMU Registry, so I began to look on my own to make sure I wasn't wrong. And I was not wrong, I did have 7 months of recommendations that were entered at the time of my first visit (Jan 2021), and showed my end date in August (2021). if that were in fact the case, that i did only pay for one month of recs, then why did my end date show a duration of 210 days, instead of 30 days? Also, why was i given a piece of paper, with a written date of the next appointment with the words "7 month appointment" (ALSO appt date is showing 8/2021 on the web portal they make you sign in with) 7 months out if I were paying monthly for my recommendations? Funny part about all this is that I paid for my sister's appointment as well. She and I were seen by this "doctor" at the exact same time, but her orders were not cancelled. Hm. To add icing on the cake, when I called to see what was going on, NO ONE in the office could tell me what was going on, as i was transferred to 4 different people who were all uneducated. at this point the VERY RUDE AND VERY unethical doctor, (RENE PULIDO) decides he didnt like my attitude or tone of voice, and tells me to come get my little $40. He then hung the phone up on me and will not take my calls. i thought doctors take an oath when they graduate to do no harm and personally, this was harmful to myself and others around me. i had no warning. i was given no reason. and dr. pulido should feel bad about retaliating against me just for the fact that i work in the "competitions office" and we have way more patients, and way more knowledge, and way more COMPASSION FOR OUR PATIENTS. THIS will not be the last time you hear from ME about this one SIR. read more
