The reason I kept coming to Fluent is my doctor advised as he likes their products. I'm glad I kept coming. My only wish is that they keep the same drops in as I seem to have to jump from different ones as they're out. It's near the same THC amounts but most times it's either stronger or weaker. But my pain is managed well using these products with the best benefit is I don't take pain pills which I'm terrified of addiction as my 3 sisters are all alcoholics. At least using Medical Marijuana I don't have to worry about stopping breathing in my sleep...bad back isn't fun. And here are some receipts. To summarize, I am a patient here. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago in which there was an error that affected the ability for my medication to be dispensed. I contacted AML immediately and instead of correcting the issue they jerked me around and then insisted that I needed to call and then when I called no one was available to help me and in fact they are still not available to help me even after they are fully aware that there's a problem. However, it gets even worse. I don't know who this individual is but whoever is representing themselves as the Affordable Marijuana License OWNER reply to my Google review that they had tried calling me at least five times and try to make it sound like I was the one that was, in fact, difficult to get a hold of even though I had been trying to contact them during their normal business hours and nobody was ever available to help when I called. So, all of this is going to come into crystal clear when you find out that this is a medical office who has completed abandoned the Hypocratic Oath. Do no harm? No, the staff at this office must have regular meetings where they're chanting, harm! harm! harm! harm! So, I share my honest review and in response this medical practice decided to completely lie publicly in an attempt to dishonestly shift The narrative and disparage me, the patient who they have already worked so hard to victimize. So, even though the owner is clearly not available to call me, they are available to publish lies online about their patients without any regard for the damage that it causes. So, they said that they called me at least five times. Attached here is a copy of my entire unedited log for that day, this past Friday, when I first called their location starting immediately when they opened at 8:00 a.m. and then three additional times because the operator was rude and had hung up on me. The operator also told me that no one would be available to call me back until this week and I told her that was unacceptable but I did hear what she was saying. So, it's very safe to say that I should not have been expecting any calls from AML on Friday because they told me that they would not be calling until this week. But, since AML claimed that they called me five times I wanted to look because I was aware that I had missed two private number calls on Friday morning and that's because my phone sends them automatically to voicemail. What didn't happen is whoever called me, if it was from AML, they were not professional enough to leave a voicemail so there is no way for me to confirm that they called me at all but at most they called me twice. Online, they chose to lie and say that they called me five times. So, deceptive medical practice that apparently has lost touch with the Hippocratic Oath or it's just no longer even a thing and I'm a dinosaur which is also true. Either way, why would a medical practice work so hard to not have any staff available to help patients during normal business hours? But now they gaslight...it's my fault. Liars gonna lie.

I have endo and pcos so my period cramps are beyond awful and debilitating. I end up having to take 1600mg of ibuprofen at a time to even make a dent in my pain. Instead of meds (since I messed up my stomach from years of pain killers thanks to my monthly "friend"), I sometimes use a TENS machine to help with the cramps and that helps an okay amount. The best relief is definitely from the topical patches I get here. I get the 1:1, thc, and cbd ones. Since my periods are so painful, instead of one 1:1 patch, I typically apply one thc and one cbd patch at a time and then on day 2 or 3, I add on a 1:1 patch as well. The patches are for up to 72 hours of relief. I've also used them on my back, shoulders, & neck for migraine and tension headache relief. Can't recommend these products enough and this location is great!

JOSH rudely talked over my rebuttals to explain his personal policy. MUV has no sign, suggestions, or policies about customers talking on the phone. JOSH SHOULD BE FIRED! I'm NEVER going back to the Hendricks store because of how I was treated! If MUV continues to employ people like JOSH, then the business model won't last too much longer.
