I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this location specifically, but also in Curaleaf as a company. I am a licensed healthcare provider in the State of Florida. I have had several negative experiences at this location when trying to place online orders and the entire staff, including their South Florida call center, was not aware of promotions nor had any way of figuring out what promotions were active on which days. I find this to be a representation of gross incompetence, but the worst part is that not a single member of leadership outside the store have made contact with me after several years of trying to escalate the recurrent issues. I can confidently say after 3 years of trying and after consistently running into the same experiences, that Curaleaf does not operate in good faith nor have any desire to resolve customer service issues through the normal chain of command. The management at this location clearly has no professionalism and this applies to another location which I turn to for help, which has been just as obtrusive and negligent. Why is it that Curaleaf hates their patients? I still desire to speak with a member of executive leadership to discuss my consistent problems that have plagued this company for years, the same problems that exists to this day because curaleaf does not care about their patients nor their experiences, but only about the $$$. I've had several years of curaleaf demonstrating and proving this to me, and I would love to report something else, but I can't. Curaleaf misleads customers, does not run their business amon good faith and the leadership at this location is a joke. Why doesn't Curaleaf mantain and regional staff? Why hasn't ba single leader from corporate been able to contact me for several years? After several years, there's no excuse. Never going back there. This place of business allows their employees to wear pins which I have no problem with, UNLESS in this case. I went there today and had to wait standing like 10 minutes before I was even checked by the door person. I understand they have customers, then have more employees. Especially on Saturday afternoon. The woman checking people in was wearing a pin of Ruth Bader Ginsburg wearing a crown. As if to say she should be crowned for allowing killing of babies. It's one step away from wearing a pin that says "we support killing babies" People who have anxiety have to go in there to get medication and it is highly inappropriate for an employee to wear that. When I told the manager it was offensive, she did nothing. Every time I go there I have to wait a long time even though I called ahead, not enough employees I guess. Second time I have come in as a visitor with my husband and the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have honestly been blown away by their attitudes and I would not recommend this place or their staff to my worst enemy. Learn some manners and treat people with a little decency. There are a ton of shops like this in Jacksonville and this one is absolutely not worth visiting because of the staff. Today was over the edge for me. I came in with my husband and was signed in as a visitor. The gentleman who helped us was already having a weird attitude. While my husband was trying to get what he wanted figured out I looked at their tablet and was scolded because I'm a visitor I am not aloud to touch a tablet and look. I am a grown woman and you can tell me something without being rude and saying it loudly for the whole store to hear. Love it here! Super strong strains aren't a must for me but they do have some options for those who do want them. Being able to get two cups for $30-40 is perfect for me. Pay attention to your limits when buy at this location. They are deducting wrong amounts causing longer waits to reup. For example they take .124 and .247 instead of .125 or .25. So it leaves your numbers off and availabilty gone. Looking at my records this is the only location that can't put in correct numbers. read more

Stock problems. Weak weak weak products in 400 and 600mg vape carts too. Very harsh. Curaleaf does have a very long menu - too bad there is never anything available. Staff are always nice but what can they do if there is no stock? The problems with stocking NE Florida thru the panhandle from all dispensaries is a big problem. Only one seems to never have stock issues and they are delivery only. See my other reviews for more information. Please Curaleaf; stock up the Jacksonville and planned Orange Park location! Excellent location! I've been to both and I can say they both have very friendly staff. There selection is excellent and they carry a lot of strains you see on Leafly. I'm not sure what other reviews are referring to when they say the products aren't effective. I have always been satisfied with the effects and I can tell you, the products are not the differentiating factor between dispensaries, customer service is. I have been consuming cannabis for many years so I've been lucky to try a variety of strains and products in places like Oregon, Washington and Colorado. I shop at this location frequently and I normally get exemplary service but the other day was an exception. I went into the store to help my fiance use a gift card I received because it was not working for him. When I got in the store he was visibly frustrated. As I am trying to remedy the problem I overhear the conversation she is having with him and it was very insulting as well as demeaning. Her tone and abruptness with him were unacceptable. I was going to address it when I went to the counter but when I did a Hispanic girl jumped in and said to drop it or she was going to ask me to leave. First of all, I had done nothing wrong. I was using a card that was payment for work I had done and instead of her being patient and helpful, I felt as though I was a criminal trying to steal something. It was right at closing time and she stated that she was ready to go home and the store was closed as if we were holding her up as paying customers. She told us we would have to pay with cash as she slams the drawer shut. I was very embarrassed and insulted, to say the least, and worst of all, her co-worker or manager backed her up without so much as to hear the reason I was commenting about the Curaleaf worker's attitude. I have never had an issue before that day and I have visited this location on many, many, many occasions. I can always spend my money at a different dispensary but it makes no sense to me that I should have been treated that way because I wasn't sure how to use the card. I was so embarrassed I simply walked out of the store and started to all of my other friends that have their cards. I am hoping this was a one-time thing and that I do not have to stop using Curaleaf. If I am paying my hard-earned money and I never spend less than $100 when I go in, I should feel good when I leave, not insulted and embarrassed. read more

I was helped both times by a Curaleaf associate, Ms. Rachael, who was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with my "newbie" questions. She took the time to make sure that I got the correct items to meet needs (i.e., MJ for spine pain & insomnia). The dispensary is clean, well-organized and has excellent security. I felt very comfortable patronizing this business. The on-site ATM machine is a plus as I forgot to bring cash (sorry, no credit cards honored). Every visit I have had consistently wonderful service, all my questions answered and I am impressed with quality/effectiveness of the products. There has never been an occasion where I was unable to get what I needed and there is always an impressive selection. Also, and this is important, I feel very secure and safe there. Yesterday, amid the Covid-19 craziness I went to the dispensary and was so surprised when Julie came to my car, brought me a menu and facilitated my transaction so that I was able to stay in the car and maintain a safe distance from others. Curaleaf stayed open during this crisis so people had access to needed medicine and adapted their processes to afford the greatest safety for all of us.
