The general manager at this location promised me that she would escalate my concerns for a call back from the regional or district manager, but apparently she's completely lied to me over a period of several years. When I called her today she pretended like she didn't know what I wanted when I called and somehow forgot about all of the other contacts that we've had. I am absolutely shocked, as a licensed healthcare provider, how horribly this company and this general manager treat their patients. This location has done nothing to assist me and resolving the issue that I had with the other location, and I believe they've completely ignored and lied to me about how my previous request were being fulfilled and escalated to the district or regional manager. Curaleaf has demonstrated to me that they have no ethics or professionalism, but even more shocking is the fact that they don't have anyone to address these issues when they come up. They just ignore them. For years. So if anyone wants to demonstrate to me that Curaleaf actually cares about their patients, I'm sure you can pretty easily find my contact information along with years worth of notes from the consistent issues. This review is being written after the general manager hung up on me today. I will never go to Curaleaf again, but I'm pretty confident Curaleaf doesn't even care. They have been leading me astray for 3 years now clearly demonstrating their bad faith operations.

The first thing I noticed about this new location was it's spaciousness. The lobby and waiting room are nice and open with plenty of seating and this theme continues throughout. There is a patient consultation room and a restroom available. Parking was a bit tight but this was expected on grand opening day... There are spaces out front as well as additional parking in the lot out back. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful today during the grand opening and everything ran very smoothly. Saw some familiar faces from the other Trulieve locations in town and it was nice to be recognized by the staff! I am so glad to have made it by today because they definitely hooked me up with tons of free swag (hats, shirts, stickers, etc) and the guys from Sunshine Cannabis were also set up outside talking about their products! It was nice to chat with them. As for the medicine today they had a great selection. I was able to pick up everything I needed and then some extra goodies thanks to the 25% off discount they offered for the grand opening. Trulieve has recently expanded their menus to include edibles like brownies, chocolate chip cookies, gummies & even more which were available at this location today. There certainly is a type of relief for every patients needs these days! If you're a regular at any of the Trulieve locations (or other dispensaries) in the Jacksonville area I definitely recommend checking this one out sometime if it's convenient for you! If you want a lot of details…read moreabout my experience at this location check out Google reviews, unfortunately Yelp doesn't leave enough room here for me to share just how I've been treated but I can summarize it pretty easily because Affordable Marijuana License is a liar. And here are some receipts. To summarize, I am a patient here. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago in which there was an error that affected the ability for my medication to be dispensed. I contacted AML immediately and instead of correcting the issue they jerked me around and then insisted that I needed to call and then when I called no one was available to help me and in fact they are still not available to help me even after they are fully aware that there's a problem. However, it gets even worse. I don't know who this individual is but whoever is representing themselves as the Affordable Marijuana License OWNER reply to my Google review that they had tried calling me at least five times and try to make it sound like I was the one that was, in fact, difficult to get a hold of even though I had been trying to contact them during their normal business hours and nobody was ever available to help when I called. So, all of this is going to come into crystal clear when you find out that this is a medical office who has completed abandoned the Hypocratic Oath. Do no harm? No, the staff at this office must have regular meetings where they're chanting, harm! harm! harm! harm! So, I share my honest review and in response this medical practice decided to completely lie publicly in an attempt to dishonestly shift The narrative and disparage me, the patient who they have already worked so hard to victimize. Attached here is a copy of my entire unedited log for that day, this past Friday, when I first called their location starting immediately when they opened at 8:00 a.m. and then three additional times because the operator was rude and had hung up on me. The operator also told me that no one would be available to call me back until this week and I told her that was unacceptable but I did hear what she was saying. So, it's very safe to say that I should not have been expecting any calls from AML on Friday because they told me that they would not be calling until this week. But, since AML claimed that they called me five times I wanted to look because I was aware that I had missed two private number calls on Friday morning and that's because my phone sends them automatically to voicemail. What didn't happen is whoever called me, if it was from AML, they were not professional enough to leave a voicemail so there is no way for me to confirm that they called me at all but at most they called me twice. Online, they chose to lie and say that they called me five times. So, deceptive medical practice that apparently has lost touch with the Hippocratic Oath or it's just no longer even a thing and I'm a dinosaur which is also true. Either way, why would a medical practice work so hard to not have any staff available to help patients during normal business hours? But now they gaslight...it's my fault. Liars gonna lie.
