But I just wanted my money back. They wouldn't give me that. I'm a medical patient, and used the last of my budget on this device, so I went for days in PTSD mode before deciding to go two meals a day to afford another option. I don't know what was going on the day I went in there. Hopefully they were just having a bad day but the service was terrible. The young lady assisting me acted as if she wished she was not working there and, I believe, her manager didn't seem to care either. I was new to the vape and RSO products I purchased that day and they didn't even explain how to use them so I had to fumble around for quite some time once I got home and tried to use them. I truly hope my experience was a 1-off since others here seem to have a better one than mine. I was blown away by the service/treatment here. I am used to the long waits at Trulieve, but I was in and out of Knox/Fluent in about 15 minutes from start to finish.
