When I arrived for pickup, the product rang up at normal price instead of the discounted price I ordered. I was directed to speak with Erin to resolve it. I showed him my screenshot with the timestamp as proof of what I ordered. Instead of actually helping, Erin accused me of lying multiple times despite the clear evidence in my hands. All of this was supposedly him trying to help me. The woman who assisted me was great and very nice, which makes this worse. One employee handled it professionally while Erin did not. I came prepared and handled this responsibly. Erin's job was to resolve the discrepancy, but instead he chose to be dismissive and accusatory toward a loyal customer who had proof.
