Everyone is wonderful. My problem is the new packaging of gummy's. They individually wrapped them and put them in a big can. They do not stay as fresh. The plastic wrapper doesn't keep them fresh. The very first plastic container with all gummies in one bag was the freshest . I think they should go back to that. read more

The wait is so long so frequently they should have recliners for the patients in the lobby , on top of that the employees are so incompetent with the computer system they're giving you're not even guaranteed you'll be able to get your medicine. Once again, I placed a delivery order online on April 23rd and have yet to hear a single word from the dispensary. I used to get a call the same day and delivery the following day. Now...NOTHING! No call, nothing!! It's now the 1st of May and I still haven't heard from them and the discount offered the day I placed the order will likely be useless. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and I need the product I order when I order it. This is just wrong on so many levels. I'm about done and ready to find an alternative to Trulieve. This location just relocated and is really the biggest, best stocked and nicest dispensary around now. Its really improved since first coming to town. The management and friendliness of security there have much improved. Not to mention that you cant beat their deals/selection on ground flower and other specials. I would love to give them 5 stars, but they are just wholly dysfunctional right now. You order product that shows available on the website only to not have your online order given priority status, and you never get a text telling you to come pick up your order. I like their product when it's in stock and the employees are super friendly. Just too many options now that are moving product much more smoothly. The worst part is I don't get the inclination that they are working to improve this situation. I had to edit this to one star. Went there again last night @ 630PM after placing an online order at 10AM. My order still was not ready and she told me it would be a 45min wait. So much for online orders being quicker. It's impossible to plan with these guys. Last week the same thing happened. I put an order in at 8AM never received a text to tell me it was ready. When I finally checked the order status at the end of the day they had canceled my order saying it was no longer available. This location might be one of the busiest , but worth the wait ! The supervisor and GM have shown multiple times that they step in and really take control when it gets busy! Today being the day before a big hurricane I was 35th in line for an express pick up and if anyone knows that's silly, but keep in mind they have walk-ins and modified pick up order to also add to their rotation and they got me in within an hour , absolutely incredible. The GM of that location, Brian , got the line moving when he started taking express orders and has been the most hands on general manager I have ever met! Like I said worth the wait and I am a very impatient person, but this man was running deliveries for his store abd it truly shows the value this company has! What a great example to be led by ! Once again I order my product online. I get the call that my order has been filled only to go to the dispensary and wait 50 minutes before finally canceling my order and leaving.. I think they believe if they have a bunch of people just waiting it looks good but it doesn't look like anything more than a methadone clinic on a bad day. There are too many other dispensaries in St Augustine that get you in and get you your product in a timely manner. Sorry Trulieve, taking my business elsewhere from now on. This is hands down the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Not only are the prices higher than almost everywhere else in town, but the quality is comparable to if dollar general sold marijuana. The staff are annoying and instead of doing their jobs and getting people in it and out they stand back there on their phones and talk to each other. Which leads me to my next point: the wait times. How is it possible to place a pickup order and have it still not be ready over 24 hours later? Not just once but every time? And this happens to everyone I know who places pick up orders. Not to mention I went in multiple times to pick up an order that was placed at least 8+ hours beforehand and told that it would not be ready by the time they close at 9 so they would not be able to serve me, except for the fact that I would go in at 6:00-7:00 pm...I was informed by multiple people at other dispensaries and even another trulieve location that turning people away multiple hours before closing is actually illegal. I also noticed that for the past year they've been urgently hiring. Urgently hiring or trying to scam for COVID benefits? Myself and four individuals I know have applied through the website, indeed, and brought our resumes in person and talked with a manager multiple times yet none of us even received so much as an email. There's been no more than 5 people working every time I have come to this location yet they have people with experience who want to work for them, so what's the excuse? Maybe it's just the high employee turnover rate because of how terribly they treat employees. Maybe that's why I've seen so many associates walk out and quit mid shift. This entire store is an absolute nightmare and I honestly can't wait for the day it gets shut down. There's actually not a single positive thing I can say. Trust me when I say literally every other place in town is better than this one. Don't waste your time, money, gas, or energy coming here. WOW. That's all I have to say. Let me first start with the negative cause I wanna end with a positive. Parking sucks but it's not Trulieves fault but the plaza owner assigning parking spots and being a jerk about it. That dispensary brings more business ness to your little plaza then the others ones combined I am sure. Or close to it. Ok on with the positive. The moment walk in I feel like I'm at my BFF place hanging out. The staff is amazing, chill, professional and just real human. Like people are taught by corporations for a while to be robots and suck up to the customer. Well theses guys don't do that stuff. They do sow the better they treat you like a human being! Drove 45 mins from palm coast to try this location, my usual trulieve didn't have some of the stuff that this location did. On Apple Maps, it took me to a place that was 10 mins away from the actual location. Once I finally found the new location, I walked in an HOUR AND 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE and was greeted by a woman with a pissy attitude who then proceeded to tell me that they weren't accepting walk-ins (AN HOUR N 10 MINS BEFORE CLOSE!). I then proceeded to walk out, sit in my truck and place an order. After another 15 mins I walk back inside and told the lady that I placed an order and was willing to wait, she walks to the back to talk to someone and walks back and tells me that she can't accept me and to come back anytime tomorrow. Mind you, the lobby wasn't busy, there was about 3-4 other people sitting. This is absolutely ridiculous. Y'all need to hire people who don't have the personality of a goldfish and genuinely care about their patients. I will be contacting HR. read more

This store sold medication to another patient under my name a few months ago and still has not corrected the issue. I'm not pleased with Trulieve and I have never been to this location EVER!!
