She was grumpy, seemed put out to even having to wait on people who walked in. My husband explained it was our first visit and we/he was clueless and really was asking for 1st time experiencial knowledge. I would never recommend this establishment as long as the red headed angry young woman is who's at the front window. Such a bad start to our first experience. An inservice on 'Good patient service' or don't work with people face to face. We left or were really thrown out because we talked to each other. We do everything together, both mid-70's, so being barked at for talking was totally unnecessary. Sorry for bad review. We might look in and see if that lady is there and if not, we might try shopping again.

5 stars, and I wish I could give more!…read more My wife and I stopped by Flagler Pharmacy yesterday because I had some specific questions about my prescription needs. We figured it would be a quick conversation. Instead, we ended up sitting down with Pat Patel for about an hour, and he never once made us feel rushed. He listened carefully, asked good questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of patience and personal attention is something I honestly did not expect from a pharmacy anymore. After our visit, I looked into Pat's background, and it explains a lot. He was named Pharmacist of the Year by Eckerd Drugs in 2003 and received the Regional Paragon Award from CVS Caremark in 2020, which recognizes the best of the best pharmacists in the nation. Now he owns his own independent pharmacy right here in Flagler Beach, and you can tell he takes real pride in it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The shop is located at 200 Moody Blvd, and you get the kind of service where you are treated like a neighbor instead of a number in line. My wife and I have officially found our new pharmacy home. If you are in Flagler Beach and want a pharmacist who truly listens, go see Pat. You will not be disappointed!

One Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They offer services beyond filling prescriptions. Free delivery, compounding (which is hard to find) and both pharmacists are so helpful and supportive of their customers. They even have helped patients in their homes go over what pill bottles they have, help teach patients which medications to take, help discard expired or old medications. I've never seen that level of caring before from a pharmacy! I hope everyone in Palm Coast will stop going to overcrowded chain pharmacies and start using One Pharmacy!

Medical staff was extremely pleasant and totally sympathetic to the pain our grandson was in. Leaving with a full diagnostic report in hand, care instructions, and a prescription waiting for us at CVS was remarkable. He is resting comfortably at home today.
