The store and the people that work in it are amazing. They are warm, open, welcoming and offer awesome experience. This location is the go to store in this area read more

I got there at night, 10 minutes before they closed. They had all the doors locked up, I watched them not pick up the phone as I was trying to let them know I was there. They all ignored me, and waited un til it was officially closed. They sent a CUSTOMER out to tell me they couldn't serve me. Not even an employee. I will be pursuing the lack of customer service by the employees closing the shift on 10-27-26, as I'll be continuing to speak with an actual, caring, Trulieve employee. Not the lazy ones wanting to wrap up their shift a little early so they can go home 5 minutes sooner. Bad, Bad, Bad business ethics. read more

Walked in today as a first time buyer and no one was upfront. While looking for assistance to pick up my mobile order, a worker in the back stated, "I will be right with you!" While waiting for assistance, I sat in the waiting area with the other customers. After 15+ minutes fly by, another customer walks in and walks up to the front also looking for help and a worker immediately runs up to help him place his walk-in order...really? Unsure if it was a form of discrimination or disrespect but I decided to look for other dispensaries in the area instead of waiting for an order that was supposed to be available before I arrived. Thanks for the first-time experience! I will never be back. read more

Always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The customer service is truly next-level. Wouldn't consider any other options in Palm Coast personally. read more

Was supposed to get a delivery order that never came. I called the day after it was supposed to come and they told me it would be there that day. Still no delivery. A week later I call because there system shows it's completed yet it has still not been received. Call center provided zero information and said local store would call with update , and they still haven't. Call center is useless. Local branch is useless. Don't expect courtesy or promptness with your order from this company because you won't get it. read more

Took care of me right away, folks were very very nice. They help with a lot of information I needed.

Quality products evrrytime I go . I get reward points for buying and military discounts .

love the friendly staff and clean environment I feel comfortable here, and they take you back pretty fast in my opinion

Friendly staffs and fast service after waiting a while. They are familiar with us deaf customers, too read more

Has only declined in service, doesn't matter how you order. Be prepared to commit 3 hours every time You place an order with them. Scheduling and waiting makes it a nightmare to deal with. read more

This place makes it like you are waiting on a dealer. Waiting over 45 mins. Place order at AYR, they instantly pack- in and out. No 2 doors, waiting game. Always consistent here, it's like our time is not of value to this company. read more

Curious. Is it that they can't fix the problem or they don't want to fix the problem? It's not orbital mechanics? Move the registers to the glass partition all four. Work it like they are drive up windows for online orders. The rest of that room can be used for preparation of online orders and to consult with clients that don't know what they want. Process the lightning orders first, that's the low hanging fruit. Process the walkins at your leisure. Everyone's problem is solved. I did apply for the manager position but someone thought engineers are somehow not suitable. How about now? read more

My very first dispensary experience and what an absolute failure!! Placed an online order, received email confirming receipt. Several hours later I walk in and was told, "it was cancelled", but couldn't explain why. "I'll put it in now and text you when there's about 10 people ahead of you". No text, no email, 0 help from chat line due to " computers down for maintenance" ( DURING THEIR FRIDAY BUSINESS HOURS!!!!!!!). COMPLETE AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT!! Surterra is 10 minutes down the road, had my order ready in 30 minutes when I got there. read more

Hour wait for pickup after your text saying it's ready . They have one person in the back. 2 hours later still waiting .

These stories are half correct, from working in the place , as I no longer do, they Basically forced employees to leave, took away hours , benefits and couldn't even give us a good discount. That is why you people waited!!! They wanted 2-3 employees on!! So now that everyone was forced out , now they can pay 13.50 again!!! They can do that for two years , in two years minimum wage changes !! They made it horrible for us workers!!! And you Patients. Now they have plenty of people working for what you can't live on ! And it's not as busy. read more

All the prior reviews are accurate. Employees are super friendly but this place is inadequately staffed and does not have the appropriate processes in place. Even with an advance Online order I still waited over 40 minutes. There should be at least an additional employee who checks in people and is in charge of the online orders. I don't even see any jobs posted for budtenders so they must want to keep it inadequately staffed and that's super disappointing. read more

Great service, staff is always polite. They always get you in and out in a timely manner.

The staff is courtesy and friendly. I've always had a great experience with them in that regard. However I do have to say I agree that the wait times lately has definitely been horrible. Regardless of when I go or even if I do the check in ahead, the wait time has not been less then an hour. I feel bad for people who try to get in and out on a tight schedule. I really hope they figure something out fast because if they open another dispensary nearby they are going to lose a lot of business. Like I said I really do like this place and am not am impatient person but the wait times are definitely bot good. read more

Was told to email customer reviews and I did. They did respond back and offered 10% discount. But then the return email was not answered after 2 attempts. Just beware - They answer the review to publicly save face, but don't expect anything else from them. After all, they stole thousands of rewards points from their customers. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Couldn not get an order to go through. Went in this morning and the woman at the front desk was so rude. Asked if their website was down. She said how would I know. I'm not I.T. Tired of them adding $5 to my debit card so they can have a tip. I've been going there since I got my card. Ready to go somewhere else read more

Service is terrible!!!!!!! It is a joke about ordering and pick up. Your company needs to follow example of Curaleaf and do a good job.

Dear Heavens! It's crazy the wait time! Pay people better to work here, you're making a fortune! Never again. Gainesville FL is the best, never much wait time. Last time here for me read more

Still sucks. No employees working. 1 bud tender. Full waiting room. Employees are just stuck since the OWNER DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT. Any other shop opening in Palm coast would crush them. read more

Got to the door a little after 8 pm. Doors locked, but people were pouring out. The person there said they have to make sure everybody is out by 9 p.m. I checked in online and got bounced out of the queue. There were around 12 people waiting inside. I watched 8 pour out by 8:20 p.m. Look elsewhere or if you work, make sure you get there early. The lobby was basically empty by 8:35 p.m. People spend a lot of money to maintain their license so they can shop during your listed store hours. This location and whomever is managing it should look for another occupation. Boo!! read more

This location gets a bad rap mostly due to general misunderstanding. They have a lot of customers so during rush hours there's a wait, but the staff never fail to be polite and accommodating despite the hustle. The bud tenders all know the sales well and are really there to help you save money and enjoy your experience. Ashley is always a big help, super polite but easy to talk to and find something perfect for whatever I need. Seriously give them a chance and have a bit of patience, they take care of their own Edit: To those upset for the extra card charge, cannabis is federally illegal and therefore cannot be purchased on card. By "paying with a card" you are making an atm withdrawal and paying the associated atm fee... which they refund you in cash. read more

I have tried it all with this place to avoid a wait. This is the first dispensary I go to where there are over 10 staff members and always a 30-45 min wait. I don't understand it as I never experience this in any other dispensary I've been to. I've tried placing online orders to avoid waiting and even after checking in, I've had to wait. What's the point of offering express pick up service if it's not express? Today was the last straw, as I waited for my online order that was ready for pick up since yesterday, there was a gentleman expressing how upset he was by the wait, the hostess was so rude to him that I mentioned to him I've experienced the same so that he didn't feel singled out. Your rude hostess proceeded to give us passive aggressive comments about us having a better day when we leave with a packed lobby staring at her. I would rather drive to St Augustine in a hurricane than come here again. Aside from the wait the staff doesn't seem to helpful or knowledgeable anyways. read more

I love the people, very nice and helpful, but the time management at this place needs to step up a notch, it's awful, I place an order regular or express , and I see people walk in and go in before me! I mean come on, an express order is an express! It's laughable it's even called an express order, again it's not about the employees, they are great, it's about the system read more

apparently they make up their own hours now. I went there at 8:30 the girl looked me dead in the eye and said they were closed and lock the door even though I had a pick up ready to go and I was already checked in apparently the night staff there does whatever they feel like. read more

Update from my last review still garbage nothings changed no idea why I tried this place again so your best to avoid this place and to the fake reply from Cana it's asking me how they can improve and how sorry they are how abou doing your job getting organized and running this efficiently not texting me how Ku order is ready then telling me you can't see me till Tomorrow when I get to your dispensary read more

By far the Worst experience I have ever had at a club. The business seems to be designed to keep you as close to others while you wait for your product. I ordered online, got a text it was ready and had to wait 30 minutes inside during Covid. Shops elsewhere, their competition has to be better. read more

For how little of patients they have. The staff moves as slow as possible. I thought St Augustine was the worst location. This one by far it the slowest. And their bid tenders are not up to knowledge read more

Was out of town for the holidays. Got home and went right to Trulieve's site. Was very happy to discover they had 4 of my favorite strains in stock. Put my order in and it was ready in 10 mins. I know quality and Trulieve delivers... read more

12 out of 10. "Green Friday" ended up coinciding with my day off, so it was my mistake going on a busy day. Not a problem, they took down my phone number and they were going to text me when they were ready. After about 45 minutes and no text, the armed security professional found me, asked if I was waiting. Apparently there was a problem with some of the texts. It's a non-issue with me. The reason this place stands out is the security took it upon themselves to be proactive for customer services purposes. As far as inside, the cashier? Barista? Kelly has be extremely helpful - asking if I'm getting what I need out of what I purchase. Being a novice I've explained some strains are for adhd, some for insomnia, some for back pain. She's brought up what would help with what, never "pushing me" to buy anything. Again. 12/10. read more

I have been coming to Trulieve in Palm Coast for about 5 years and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Well, I tried something new, and I was not happy with the results of the medicine, I purchased. So, while I stewed over this for about a week and went to my Trulieve for supplies and was being helped by "Deara". I told her my story about my dissatisfaction, and she told me to bring it back and I could exchange my unused portion. Well needless to say I was shocked of this awesome customer concern for my satisfaction by Trulieve. I am a stockholder in Trulieve and I am happy for this. Well, I went to Trulieve today and with no problems I was able to exchange, and no supervisor and 5th degree needed. I was treated with the utmost respect and Deara has created a good raving fan of Trulieve. I will be a customer of Trulieve until I go to the great dispensary in the sky. I can also say Trulieve gives their employees the power to make decisions on their own and not make the simple things a big old cluster truck. Kudos Deara and Trulieve. Pauly read more

I love Trulieve products! I am a regular! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Great prices! My only complaint is their online (flower) ordering. Every single time that I go online to place an order for flower, I get "This product is currently out of stock in your chosen store" message, but when I go into the store, I am told that they have many different types of flower. The newest or current flower packages never make it online. Not sure why they have an app or online ordering when there is never any flower to order, unless you go to the store in person. read more

I love coming to the Palm Coast Trulieve! Today, Star was super helpful and helped me pick and get everything I needed, thank you Star!!

i made a deluvery order Monday Dec. 18. i received an order confirmation the same day. I was told the order was to be delivered on 12-22 a Friday. On 12-22 I called customer service at Trulieve to get a time delivery estimate and was told they were pausing deliveries from Friday 12-22 until 12-26. Not good and bad faith on Trulieve's part. I'm considering on moving my account elsewhere! read more

They send text alerts but they rarely have the product. They talk of sales and they don't have the product. This happens numerous times. And its not like I go at the end of the day. I normally go between 10 and 12. This is retail 101. Have enough product. This place is a disappointment since it opened. Also, sometimes when you buy dry flower, the security top is opened, not glued down. So I always make sure the guy opens the top to make sure the security top is on. Plus the web site always has some kind of problem. read more

Like everyone else, the staff seem nice for the most part BUT the wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention out of stock on lower priced items. Only complaint I have about staff is when you have 3 people working the back and a hour and a half wait time even on express, the staff doesn't seem to pick up the pace, also don't leave and take an hour lunch break so now there's 2 people in the back. The wait is ridiculous and scares me that it's gonna be like this all the time cuz everyone has a MMC in Palm Coast. But here's a suggestion, have more people working and one register for walk-ins another for pick-up and another for express... I don't know! It's bad for staff when they look bad because it's so busy... You can see who has good work ethic and who doesn't... Don't go here unless you want to stand around like a dope for fiend for a couple hours while some staff have no urgency or care. I'm done with this place until it's better! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could- Worst service. I usually don't come to this location or dispensary bc of how bad the service is and the wait times are always long. This time I gave it a chance to see if anything had changed and put a pick up order in. Then sat in the lobby and watched all the people that walked in after me get serviced first. Once again a horrible experience here and this time will be my last. read more
