Worse still, my friend later told me that it took her massage therapist FOREVER to come into the room, so she only received 30 mins of massages and had to pay for the FULL HOUR on her birthday. The front desk staff were super nice to us when we walked in, but became very unfriendly upon checkout. One member was also reluctant on giving us the birthday discount, thought it was clearly stated on their website. I hate to leave a review like this, especially because I enjoyed my massage. What's even more concerning is that individuals connected to this now-closed location are currently involved with Sev Laser in Atlanta. From what I've seen, there was never acknowledgment or resolution of the harm done before moving forward under a new business name. Laser treatments are medical-adjacent services that demand accountability, professionalism, and transparency.
