The front desk staff were super nice to us when we walked in, but became very unfriendly upon checkout. Before starting treatment, I specifically raised concerns about whether my hair type would respond well to laser. I was reassured that if the nurses determined it wouldn't be effective, I could either switch treatment areas or receive a refund. Based on that, I moved forward. Fast forward 17 months of consistent treatments every 5 weeks--and I've seen little to no improvement. My facial hair has had virtually zero reduction, and my leg hair growth is still significant enough that I have to maintain a strict 5-week schedule just to manage it.
