I haven't had any issues with the staff here, they were always helpful and answered any questions I had. I bought the car in November of 2018, they disclosed to me that when the VIN was ran, the mileage came up as "unknown." I decided to purchase the car anyway under the impression that it was just an error. I tried to ask to have a lower price because the tires were also bald. The guy was reluctant because he "had to purchase a second key for it and give it an oil change." He was nice and helped me get new tires on it but the balance for new tires was added to the price of the car. This car was marked as "excellent condition" when it had door dings, it was previously smoked in, the tailgate didn't always open, the front brakes were on their last leg, passenger side axle had issues and it also had a timing chain cover leak- some of these issues were discovered after I bought it. All of these repairs would equal to at least half of the asking price...
I recently took it in to trade for a new vehicle since I was able to get financing and this car was- to be honest, starting to scare me. The mileage issue on the VIN came up- which I was aware of. However, the title also came up "branded" which means the car was either a total loss and was rebuilt, or it was a scrap car, etc. It was essentially worthless- it was only worth maybe a 600$-1000$...
If you look at a car here, please get it safety inspected by a mechanic and run the VIN- don't just go off the Car Fax they give you. I lost out on about 4 grand and that is not including costs on the constant repairs it needed or the remaining balance on this car that had to be rolled into my new loan. read more
