I had to…read moreput down a $45 deposit. 10 days later the mechanic called me and said he had no issues starting my mower and wondered if it had tipped and flooded. I said what are you talking about, the starter cord is catching. He then said just move the mower forward and it should start. I asked if he was going to look into why it was sticking, he said no that would cost too much money. When I picked up my mower the cord again stuck and the man told me the same thing about mowing the mower forward. I was charged $40.71 for labor though all he did was check the oil and gas and start the engine. I was also charged $4 for shop supplies, so the total came to $45. I have no idea what the supplies were Diane G.

From Andy in service to Heather in the office Dan in service and "Gordo" in trucking. Ryan has this location running like a well oiled machine! Every time I deal with Ryan and his team I feel like family. Lano love is what they call it. I retired early from where I worked because of lack of leadership and lazy co-workers. I can tell you that's not the case in the Anoka Lano's. They're friendly, professional and know the products they sell. I hope none of the team ever decide to leave. Those kind of employees are irreplaceable these days. Thank you Ryan and thank your team. John Wolford, CEO of Wolford farm.

Last week the LG fridge I purchased stopped cooling. I called a repair service to have it repaired. Repair service "fixed" my fridge - but in the end I was out some cash and still had a fridge that wasn't working. I called PJ in an effort to find another service tech to look at the fridge. Instead PJ said to come in and he would help make it right with a good deal on a different fridge. Purchased a new fridge this AM. PJ worked with me and i bought another fridge at a great price. It is refreshing to find a company that will stand behind what they sell. He owed me nothing as I knew that I purchased scratch and dent appliances and any warranty that might have existed had long expired. Great experience buying there - highly recommend!!

Our whole family has had permanent ear-to-ear grins and we plan to have more work done by Elk River Nursery as soon as possible. Just a couple more comments - as you all know, this season has been unkind to construction crews of all kinds but in particular those who work outdoors given all the rain and heat we have experienced, Beau and his team were so accommodating with scheduling and always made me feel like my project was the most important in their to do list. Last, it is such a great feeling when people in the neighborhood stop by just to say how gorgeous our place looks. I wouldn't have done anything different. I will use them for all my future landscape needs. We are elated. HIghly recommend.
