They also have daily lunch specials (most of those are meat-containing and we usually eat vegetarian) but the value for those looks good. Hi Tea is super small. It has been around for a long time. Even before Chatime. They have takeout food as well. They have a lunch special every day. I highly recommend getting that. Everything tastes fresh and the prices are on par with other popular boba places. I'm so glad this is a reliable boba joint even outside of the U.S. This particular location is located on a side street with a small parking lot in the back. They have lots of different drinks, most of them customizable, and the peach series truly hits on a hot summer day. I ordered the strawberry green tea and was not expecting all that they put in it. There were apple and orange slices and there was like this weird slushy consistency to it. The pearls in the drink were funky. After I strained my drink I was able to drink it. On the flip side, I loved their presentation and packaging. The people working the register were so sweet and the drinks came out really fast. :) The oolong milk tea was better than the original milk tea because the oolong tea flavor was prominent. Out here in Calgary, there seems to be plenty to go around! Happy Tea is by far my favorite! I've tried the majority of their fruit teas. Pineapple, peach, green apple, lemon, passion fruit, grapefruit, lychee. My favourite so far is the passion fruit but I'm also a big fan of the lemon as well as the pineapple and peach. I'm not big into the milk teas but I plan to work my way into trying the slush drinks as well. I like adding the lychee popping pearls in the fruit teas. My partner enjoys getting the brown sugar milk tea. Although she wishes they had an oat milk option, she still enjoys the drink and orders it every time. The staff are always super friendly and the place is always very clean. Glad there is a place walking distance that we enjoy so much.

Each drink comes with black tapioca pearls or jelly included in the price, which is a nice touch. They accept cash only, and the service was quick and efficient. We paid around $31 for four drinks. The interior is also really cute, decorated with cute little knickknacks and trinkets. Would definitely recommend if you're craving boba.
