The service, attentiveness and compassion are stellar. All the staff are extremely personable yet very professional. Only reason I'm not going there right now is because my insurance changed. Also I did dry needling there and it was very successful. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could.

Before I begin, the Nurse Practitioners and most physical therapists here are fantastic!…read more But I sat every day with my great grandmother and observed very untrained, careless CNAs avoid doing their job every single day. My great grandmother just had surgery, she has staples and an oozing scar. Every time her drainage got on her clothes and bed sheets they gave her disgusted looks and made her sit in it for HOURS before coming to change her bandages, clothes, or bedsheets. They even try to tell us she doesn't need it changed as it's obviously wet and the bed is obviously stained with blood and pus. CNAs would rather go eat and go on break than take 10 seconds to change her bedding! I asked them if they would like to lay in that bed. I didn't think so! CNAs are not legally allowed to change oxygen tubing or tanks because they are not properly trained, although if they are trained to do so, they are allowed. I do not know their training here but I know their CNAs are IMPROPERLY TRAINED. They would take her oxygen off and have her do things without it Bc they were too lazy to move her tubing to a portable tank. And when they did move her tubing to a portable tank, they didn't bother to check how many liters of oxygen she needed and gave her less or more of what she is prescribed. This could cause oxygen poisoning and KILL YOUR LOVED ONE. IF YOU COME HERE, keep an eye on the CNAs. They will do whatever they can to be lazy and avoid things. And it doesn't take much schooling to be a CNA. Do not trust that they always know what they are doing! Know YOUR facts, and correct them when they try to get away with things!

Strange to think I am reviewing a nursing home, but here it goes. I have never been to a nursing…read morehome that wasn't depressing. They are pretty much all sad just by the nature of what they are and who is housed there. When one does go to visit, one looks for things like cleanliness and what not, but mostly to see that those living in the facility are being treated with the dignity and respect due to a human being who has weathered the storm of Life long enough to find themselves at a resting point where this rest is only possible with the assistance of others. I found this place to be a place where this dignity and kindness it quite present. Granted it was my first time here, I noticed what I tend to see lacking in many other homes of this nature and that is respect. I will admit that it does look slightly dated, but not enough to raise a fuss over, and given the age of most of the patients there, it probably looks relatively modern lol. Understand that it takes a special type of person to work in these places.. The clients here (and in many other facilities across the nation) are fragile, hanging by a thread and off times not still in possession of the same energy or mind that propelled them this far into their existence which often leads to some very dramatic and potentially chaotic situations. I was amazed by the staff here. I am 40 and never stopped to notice the finesse and professionalism that it takes for the nurses and caretakers to do who they do, what many of us wish we provide but usually cannot for a multitude of reasons namely lack of training and logistics. I am very grateful to know that my relative is in the hands of good people who want to help. At one point before we left, my relative was in need of being moved and another orderly was needed. No one could be found and I asked one of the young men there who had already clocked out and finished with his work, backpack on and heading out the door if he could assist and he didn't bat an eyelash as he set his pack down and helped and assisted... for the next 45min. That moved me. He didn't have to help. He could've pointed at the desk and said "they can help you", but he didn't, and that speaks more than I can put into words.

My sister was there for about a month and a half until she passed away.. the therapist are wonderful, but if you're sitting there and need your diaper changed, just sit in it because they're not coming. She was actually told I've already changed you once you can wait till the night staff comes on. I'm not changing you again.... There's a few nice nurses but the rest are rude and just want you to shut up !!!!!

I have had so many friends recommend Dr. Mansolf and Total Health Chiropractics to me in the last…read morefew months, so in my mind that speaks volumes right there. Most chiropractors are quick to adjust your neck and back without really looking at the issues that are present. Adjustments that are made when your really don't need them can be dangerous. We recently visited another local chiropractor for my daughter and our first visit was over $200, not with Dr. Mansolf. New patients receive consultation, exam and the first set of xrays for free! What what!! The staff is great, so you'll have an amazing experience. Promise.

I am honestly wierded…read moreout by Chiropractors because of a bad experience that I have had in the past - but Dr. Mansolf is a qualified and caring doctor who has his patient's best interests in mind. He really takes the time to review his patient's charts and history before performing any sort of chiropractic work - which is huge for me. He does not give chiropractic care or advice without doing the groundwork first. The rest of the staff is also a hoot. If you are thinking about visiting a Chiropractor, check this place out. They know their stuff! The first visit and consultation is also free - so you can get a plan of care and check the place out without any risk. Definitely check it out!
