I hobbled into Lookout Valley Chiropractic leaning on my old hiking staff and nearly out of my mind in pain. I entered 10/10 on the pain scale. The Lookout Valley crew went into motion like a finely choreographed ballet (one centered around a groaning bearded giant). X-rays, evaluation, electro-stim, and a surprisingly gentle adjustment of my back and hip and *voila*! I left at an 8/10 with a free reusable ice pack and a sample of some deliciously decadent cooling gel called Aulief. Glorious concoction. I returned 4 hours later after a nap (first sleep id had longer than an hour in 2 days) for another adjustment. As of this moment, my pain is 2/10. Just in time for Christmas. So, I am incredibly grateful to Lookout Valley Chiropractic for saving the town (me) from the Grinch (pain) so that I can enjoy the holiday with my family. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming to me and my mom, explained to us how everything works, how to complete the initial paperwork, etc. They always have tea, fruit, water at the waiting area. We explained my mom's pain and they took some x-rays then explained to us in detail what the x-rays showed in very easy words so we were able to understand. A 6 session adjustment was prescribed. Every day a visit takes aprox 15-20 mins, the price per adjustment is $40. It includes a table massage with some machinery they plug to your affected area and a checkup/adjustment from the Chiro. Service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable, they take their time with you to explain or switch the teraphy to something that would work better for you. If you don't have improvement on the first 6 sessions they will refer you to a specialist or prescribe an MRI, which is very good because they are very honest and upfront with you from the beginning, they want to help more than take your money. I strongly recommend this place for someone who needs affordable and comprehensive therapy.

It's hard to explain exactly what that is but there's no twisting or turning of the neck or spine to get an effective adjustment. I have to go in a chiropractic off and on for years. For different reasons but in later years I have some chronic spinal issues. In the last year I suffered from headaches quite frequently and consistent back pain as well as a new pain in my shoulder. My regular chiropractor just couldn't get to the pain. I known Dr. Christie Osborne for years, I just can't wrap my head around how her approach would be effective. But in the recent months of figuring I'd give it a try, since what I was doing was not working anymore. I cannot even tell you how much of a believer in this treatment I am.
