I was told by whomever answered their phone the other day that everyone wears a mask there. When I arrived, there were customers and the first worker who I would interact with not wearing masks. Not safe at all. I left immediately. Their web site says that their staff and customers are required to wear masks. Not true in reality. They don't care about the safety of people. I received a lame text message from Courtney (co-owner) saying "I apologize that your experience with our office was not up to your expectations. While we specialize in supporting our patient's immune system, we understand that you are looking for a chiropractic office that is a better fit for you." Really?? The team at 100% is fantastic, it trickles from the top. Dr Brian is fantastic and leads a team of devoted professionals. I came to 100% in serious pain and felt very discouraged. Being a big guy dr Brian assured me he would be committed to helping me. I have a pretty tight schedule and his team is always beyond lenient and understanding, but yet consistent in assuring I'm back as soon as possible. I had finally decided to try going this route. I had seen a Groupon and thought well maybe I should give this a try. I checked my insurance and he was listed as a provider. The vibe was great. But then I started to doubt things. One thing that should've tipped me off was how they did things in a group setting. Like explaining what the office does, treatment plans etc. I guess since there had been a Groupon they were overwhelmed. The Dr had a "friend" who was a Dr (?)who was just there visiting from out of state who was decided to be the one who explained how this office worked & treatment plans. There were a couple of other big questions. I had an appt in which I was on my way to & I happened to call cause I had a question & then they said "oh we tried to call you to tell you we needed to cancel" I did Not have any missed calls. The final straw was I was in the office for a cupping appt & also had a scheduled appt for an adjustment. When my cupping appt was done I went to have the adjustment & was told that "I" could come back hours later cause they couldn't do me at my appointment time (there was no emergency and they were still in the office doing other appointments) & they acted like they were doing me a favor. NO apology. If that is not enough. Then when you tell them you want to go through your insurance, then they act like they really don't want to deal with you. They also want to set you up with a year plan for thousands of dollars. When you question it and say that you can't afford it they try to brush you off. Once I told him that they really had no use for me. Now I have been trying for 4 months for them to actually file my original insurance claim in which they always give my insurance company some kind of run around & the same excuse all the time.
